We stayed in the "family and friends" room at Woodrow House as we passed through Lubbock. David was there to greet us and made us feel at home. We enjoyed visiting with Dawn as she prepared our yummy breakfast the next morning. We ate around the bar counter in the kitchen which was very enjoyable. A large dining room is...

As a woman traveling for business alone, this thoughtful B&B checks all the boxes. It is comfortable, has great amenities and welcoming hosts- a perfect home away from home. When I come back to Lubbock I will certainly stay here again over a chain hotel.

We stayed in 3 rooms at Woodrow House in Lubbock this past weekend for my great nephew's wedding -- and it was great -- exceeded all of my expectations. The breakfasts were fabulous -- the rooms quiet and clean -- and the hospitality was the BEST !! Felt like we were members of their family. Looking forward to a return...

Our family stayed here and loved it! The innkeepers were so friendly, breakfast was yummy, room was clean and comfortable. Be sure to ask if they still have cold glass bottle sodas out back in the vintage soda machine :) Wish we could have stayed in the caboose but enjoyed Granny's Attic just the same.

My wife and I went to the Woodrow House to celebrate our 9 year anniversary. We live here in Lubbock, but this was like a nice weekend away! The facilities were top notch. The house was nicely decorated and very welcoming. We stayed in "Granny's Attic", one of the third floor rooms. The room was much more spacious than it...

We stayed in the caboose- what fun! Very comfortable in all aspects plus our teenage son 'perched' up top most of the time. The breakfast was outstanding and the hosts were delightful and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

My husband, son and I stayed overnight on a Friday. We're very frequent B&B visitors, so our standards may be higher than others because we've been to so many great places. Our stay was just fine, but there are a couple of things that I didn't realize from Woodrow's website that may be of interest to others. First, when we...

We appreciate all the feedback we get from our customers, both publicly through online reviews, and privately via emails and other direct communications. It is through this give and take from our customers that we can continually improve the "Woodrow House Experience" for our repeat and future guests. In our Caboose, which is a real piece of Americana railroad history...

Literally just across 19th Street from Wall and Talkington Halls so it's ideal when visiting your Tech student. That convenience comes at a price however as the traffic on 19th can be noisy. The hosts provide ear plugs in each room so I suspect they are aware. The suites are further from the street so might provide a better option...
