The check in staff was rude and difficult to deal with. The hotel decided to charge $25 per day of incidentals and insisted this is posted on the website when reserving the rooms which it was not. They make you go and pick up extra linens and pillows etc, which is not what I am used to at Hilton Hotels and annoying. Additional staff is desperately needed. Breakfast choices are exactly the same every single day and microwaved and frozen eggs are not great. I usually do not stay at Hampton Inns because its not as great as it used to be. This was not an exception, though the rooms and especially the bathrooms were very clean. No mold in the showers. This is a plus since most Hampton Inns have issues here, and thats why we don't tend to use this chain much.

Called at 10:30 pm, booked two rooms. We were going to be coming in several hours as driving in from out of state. Arrived at 3 am, they said we couldn't have those rooms, because after 2 am. Lady at desk was very kind and sympathetic, but it was some kind of problem in the computer system. Apparently it resets after 2am and erases old reservations or something. We waited in the lobby for around an hour. Finally they gave us 1 room. It was clean and spacious.
Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Their bagels are the fancy kind that is chewy in a good way (comparable to Einstein bagels, not Wawa or grocery store bagels). Eggs and hot sausage were delicious, wafflemaker to make own waffles. Best hotel breakfast I've had.
A week later, they triple charged my card for 3 rooms -- but when we called and explained the situation, they refunded us. Grateful it was sorted out, as we were on a tight budget.

I paid for two rooms on Hotels.com. One reservation was for Double Queen Beds. When we arrived they gave us a King Bed with a pull out sofa bed. I went to the front desk to get it fixed. They refused to help me because I booked through Hotels.com. I called Hotels.com to get it fixed. They tried to call the property. The front desk had unplugged the phone because they had several other guests who were also having problems getting their reserved Double Queen beds. There were at least three different sports teams staying in the hotel. They obviously got all of the rooms with Double Queen beds. I will never stay there again. Front desk staff was NOT helpful at all.

The worst experience ever at a Hampton Inn. I had made my reservation at least a week earlier, done the online checking, gotten keys, gone up to the room, and then I found out they hadn't cleaned the room after the previous occupants. Both beds were unmade, dirty towels in the bathroom.
I go back to the front desk, figuring that they could get someone to clean the room while I waited. Nope, and the guy at the front desk said that the room was scheduled to be cleaned the next day. And they're sold out. No rooms left.
So he calls the hotel across the parking lot and get me in there at a Marriott. A little more expensive, but it's a bed.
So I'm angry at the guy at the desk for going through the ritual of checking me in when the room wasn't really available and there were no other rooms, but even angrier at the management of that hotel for leaving the one person at the desk on his own when they know that they're over-booked. If they couldn't get the rooms cleaned they should have had alternatives lined up before people were checked in. If people were checked in online we should have been contacted beforehand. Thoroughly unprofessional any way you want to describe the mess.

The general manager was VERY rude. When a newly hired staff made some mistakes and charged me 2 extra times after I booked hotel through the 3rd party, which showed up on my credit card statement. I politely and patiently waited her explanations, but she doesn't listen at all to me, and started yelling at me, saying they are refunding me 1 charge, not a chance I can tell them that the 2 charges on my credit card statement...

Front desk staff wears their masks down on their chins/beards and argues when you ask them to wear the mask properly. Looks like a new building and is quiet. Fetch your own towels from the front desk, and they ration the towels

Arrived by hire car from Austin, excellent location with free parking, check in was a little slow due to computer issues but we got to the room with some assistance. Last stop of our tour and chosen for location to malls ,vista ridge is not as popular as it has been, other malls are accessible and excellent just a 10 minute drive. location to airport was great. Breakfast buffet style = very good. Flew home to Wales Uk after a x2 night stay.

We were greeted with a warm smile and two bottles of water. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The hot breakfast was great from the fresh waffles to the bacon and eggs to the cold milk and hot coffee.

we usually stay at Hamptons and were not disappointed by this facility. It was very clean, our room was comfortable and the bed was very comfortable as well. I have a sore shoulder so sometime have a hard time getting comfortable, not here! We usually partake of the complimentary breakfast, but this time we were meeting a friend for breakfast so did not, but it looked and smelled very good.
