Stayed one night between flights, so did not eat here, use gym or pool. I look for clean rooms and comfortable beds with a quick and reliable shuttle service for airport hotels. Shuttle had me picked up in ten minutes of call and driver made sure who I was and gave option of dropping me off at the lobby or...

We came for the Cotton Bowl and enjoyed an extra day in the area. The hotel is in a fairly industrial area but is near enough for a quick drive to Grapevine Mills Mall, AMC theaters, and historic downtown Grapevine, all of which we visited via Uber (which worked wonderfully). The hotel staff was friendly, the hotel restaurant (Urban Spur)...

This was just a one night stopover en route from San Antonio to Hawaii as part of our seven week RTW trip. The room was spacious, clean and everything worked. The swimming pool looked inviting but we didn't have time to use it. We had dinner in the restaurant which although a touch expensive was actually very good. The only...

This review is based on 1 overnight visit. Good high ceilings, nice size rooms, soft towels and nice water pressure in shower. I love it when hotels have a printed channel guide, which this one does. Also lotion in the bathroom was a small plus. The TV remote was very old and the numbers were faded, no sleep button. 3rd...

The outside of the hotel looks like it was built in 1940. The inside is also tacky. They do not offer free breakfast. The rooms are quite small, very dusty, dirty carpet and of course a blast from the past with all the furniture, paintings and colors. It is highly expensive, over 250+ a night for a small room with...

Dear Patrickuy, Thank you for taking the time to post a review after your recent visit to the Dallas Fort Worth area. After reading your review I became concerned that you may have stayed at a different hotel than the Dallas Fort Worth Airport Marriott North. While in Dallas for business it was convenient to stay by the airport. The DFW Marriot North in Irving was perfect. The shuttle leaves q 30 minutes on the hour. Check in was fast, room was very comfortable. Internet free with room linked to Marriot Rewards account. The food in the sports bar was very good. Had the fish tacos...

We flew into DFW then night before to catch a flight the next afternoon. Our flight arrived at 11:00pm, and we found out the shuttle does not run past 10:30pm. We had to pay our own fare to the hotel. In my opinion, if you're going to market yourself as an airport hotel, then the shuttle should be available 24/7....

Dear James7764, Thank you for taking the time to post a review after your recent stay at the Dallas Fort Worth Airport Marriott North. I was disappointed to hear that there may have been some confusion regarding our shuttle service as we do provide a 24 hour service. I would very much like the opportunity to speak with you regarding...

Impersonal, overpriced airport hotel with a serious flaw: lack of igene. The comforter in the bed is sandwiched between two flat sheets, which immediately detach and separate as soon as you lift them. The result, you get tangled in a mess of sheets and down comforter, with the inevitable contact with a comforter who has been used many, many times...

$299 per night (not including tax) and the rooms are shoddy. Stains on sofa, exposed PVC plumbing pipes in bathroom, dingy bath tiles, an open closet (no doors). That's room 519, in case hotel people read this. Moved me to another room, slightly better. Paper thin walls, I could hear every word of the couple shouting at each other in...

Good hotel as it is close to the airport but not too noisy. Clean rooms if somewhat old fashioned in design but that is what you expect from Marriott. Like coming to stay at a caring auntie's house. We ate dinner the hotel, staff friendly food very good.
