After arriving at the airport and calling the hotel, their shuttle never arrived to pick us up. Another hotel shuttle driver was kind enough to take us to the hotel. We were given a 1st floor room and ended up moving to another because the...More
My boyfriend and I had a great experience at Sleep Inn DFW North. From the beginning, the staff were very helpful and generous. Our room was clean, cozy, and had a nice flat screen TV with lots of channels. The bed was super comfortable, we...More
I've been impressed with Sleep Inns in several locations, so when I had an unexpected overnight in Dallas due to a missed flight, I quickly booked a room. This is a newly renovated Sleep Inn (in fact, it's still under renovation), so the decor is...More
Do not rely on this airport for transportation to/from the airport. I waited each time over an hour. They put customers in positions to do the right thing, but they lack all types of qualities. The night staff lady has not service skills and cannot...More

We left our car there for 3 nights, and the cost was $5 per day. The other hotels that we had checked also charged to leave your car. We caught a shuttle at 4:45 a.m. And made it easily to the airport on time. Use your head when it comes to what time to leave the hotel. The front desk recommended a time that might have worked for real experienced flyers, but we knew that we wanted to have time to eat a bit of breakfast. We left earlier than they suggested. Catching the shuttle back wasn't as fast, but it wasn't bad.
