Hotel's Favourite
I stayed for 3 days. Everything was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and kind. The room was a bit noisy and should have been a little quieter. The vent/duct system needs to be addressed. The breafast and dinner was great. The Beer was cold cold cold..

We stayed here for New Years Eve and the guest services staff was extremely polite and helpful. They filled our request for extra towels immediately and the hotel even provides paper plates and plastic ware for after hours situations. Our only complaint was having to pay for breakfast and coffee. Those are usually complimentary. Other than that, we had a great time.

I stayed here on business from Sunday-Wednesday. The room was nice, the room service was awesome and the commute to airport was good and convenient. There were not many people here and I actually thought I was the only person there the first two nights because no cars were in the parking lot. UNFORTUNATELY that changed on my last two nights. Someone was staying in the room next to me. Monday night they were loud and constantly slamming the door as they were going in and out. Until then I didn't realize how paper thin the walls were. However, it was okay as it didn't last long. NOT so on Tuesday night. The guests in the room next door invited guests - for a party. They started around 7:00 pm and went on until 3:30 AM. I had called the front desk and asked what to do about noisy neighbors and I was told they need to be quiet by 10:00 pm. Didn't happen. They even kept trying to open the connecting doors between our rooms. They might as well been in my room because it sounded like they were in MY room. As I said, until 3:30 am and I had to be up by 6:30 am as I had to meet my co-workers an hour away. This ruined my stay. If all Hilton Garden Inn's are built like this (paper thin walls) and no policing extremely loud guests, then I will not stay at one again.

Booked a room strictly for the pool access. Due to COVID 19 most public/community pools and water parks are closed. Figured a slow hotel would offer a nice pool with limited contact with other individuals. The pool was filthy. We choose this hotel over another due to the pool size looked to be larger than the alternate, however since the pool was so dirty filled with bugs and leaves, we were forced to stay in a small section of the pool that is about the size of a hot tub. When I brought it to the managers attention I was told they “could” clean the pool multiple times and it would get right back dirty. Which completely defeats the purpose of swimming in a hotel swimming pool. I understand some leaves and bugs (it is an outside pool) but this pool clearly has not been cleaned in days. You can not swim without getting bugs and leaves all over your body. Completely disgusting. For the purpose of this trip, solely being for my kids to enjoy a pool with limited interaction with strangers, this was a total disappointment. Who wants to swim with bugs, I might as well have taken them to a dirty lake and they would have had more fun. Disappointed to say the least and was offered no real apology or compensation for a waste of money.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of.

The place did not refill the towels and toilet paper. After calling down to the lobby I was told I need to come down myself and get new toilet paper and towels which was very disappointing after working all day. Then everyone was not wearing masks nor was it enforced by anyone beside a sign being upfront on the door. The restaurant was never open and one of my big things why I picked this hotel is there is a restaurant downstairs for a quick bite but that backfired.

All I wanted was a comfortable place to sleep. Arrived, the hallway was very hot, but assumed like many hotels, they kept them warm. My room was 77 degrees, turned it down, two hours later it was 76. I can’t sleep in that! Maintenance came and told me the room was actually cool, but the thermostat was just not reading right - BS. Had to get a new room, go figure the hallways and room actually feel the temp they are reading - 70. To top it all off, they obviously don’t want women travelers - no facial soap, not even a makeup remover wipe, just hand soap and body wash. The desk staff is great though.

This place was conveniently located across the street from the medical facility we were visiting. The beds are not comfortable, it’s like a sinking hole in the middle. The sheets are stiff and are itchy due to the amount of starch used. The real kicker is once you grab what you think is free coffee or juice is actually $10. They charge you $10 for a SUBPAR continental breakfast that has cereal, toast, and dry muffins. Seriously never again.

Upon visiting Dallas for the first time, this hotel was the best choice. Only 15 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from both Dallas airports, this hotel was the right value at the right price. Not too noisy or crowded, and the room was clean as a whistle.

During our stay we received no communication about not being served continental breakfast any longer it was $10 per person was not made aware of having to use points or credits now for breakfast. Spoke to sales person to get a team link and did not provide our team with our Hilton points. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional especially Caroline. Travel to Dallas a lot for team games will no longer be utilizing this hotel for any services.

Super tired of these hotels just slapping on another coat of paint and up charging you like it’s new. Already got me for close to $200 on the room and now they wanted a $75 pet fee along with incidentals. It’s Monday in the off season. I’m a Hilton gold member (not that that’s tough to do) and even after calling honors customer service, they wouldn’t even knock $20 off the pet fee. Manager tried to play it off as a Hilton policy. It’s a hotel policy. Or is that just what Hilton Honors said…I dunno anymore they can’t seem to get anything straight. Maybe you’ll get lucky and have a nice stay. Just don’t expect anything out of the staff. Or for Hilton to back any customer service. Bye Hilton.

Unfortunately we do not have an airport shuttle. Our shuttle does a 5-mile radius, and the airport is closer to 10 miles from us.
I do know that a taxi will range from $25-35, but Lyft/Uber will be about half of that.
I did'nt watch a lot of TV so I really cannot help with this question.....
