This was a good place to stay for the price. The room was clean, it has a pool and a jacuzzi. The room has a fridge, hair dryer, and coffee maker. When I went to the pool, the stairs to get out of the pool were broken so I told the lady in the front. She said thank you and...

The bottom of the very narrow bathtub was pitted and covered with rust colored spots. The bathroom was otherwise clean, but this is more than off-putting. At 5:00 am I was woken by what sounded like a dumpster being shaken and unloaded by a large truck. Even though I was on the second floor, the sound was as if I...

The price was right and location was near the business I was visiting. But it isn't near anything else. I didn't have a car and was limited to two restaurants. The service was nice, they let me check in very early. The facility itself was mediocre.

The staff is amazing here - they went out of their way multiple times to accommodate my traveling party, and, even though we apologized profusely, we were definitely on the needy side getting situated. I'm a Marriott Silver Elite member, and found the service and property here very pleasant and enjoyable. I only subtracted a star because the property is...

My room was very comfortable & nicely decorated. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they offer a full hot breakfast. It was a very good value. There are several restaurants walking distance. I always prefer hotels that provide a refrigerators * coffee maker in the room & they do.

It was clean and the staff were helpful, but given it's an airport motel next to a motorway, how many positive things can anyone say? Would I stay here with my wife on holiday? No. Do I wish the corpora expense budget allowed me to stay at the Four Seasons? Yes. But realistically if it were my own small business...

This hotel was awesome! I went online to Marriott and put in information regarding a trip with students and two other schools traveling with us. The following day I was contacted through email by the group sales manager Mary, she gave us a great rate and we booked 11 rooms. Upon check in and check out Lucy was awesome. We...

Basic hotel. It's ok for a short visit and the breakfast is nice in the morning. You have to drive to restaurants and bars. Convenient to offices in Las Colinas. You can tell the rooms got a facelift but stains on the ceiling and grime on the pictures show it's age.

So to make a really long story short. I was having a terrible time. I was dropped off by colleagues at the wrong hotel and they drove off to the airport. Then when I was ready to check in at the wrong hotel I discovered I had forgotten my wallet at the earlier conference room. The Fairfield Inn Las Colinas...

“If you believe you might have a problem with the traffic noise, ask for a room towards the back.”
maryv91, 1 May 2015 | Read review
“The pool and workout facility are on the first floor near the lobby. Rooms on higher floors and at the end of the building away from the freeway will be quieter (higher room numbers such as X30-X40).”
  • Coffee make and a power strip. I'm all set!
  • Wall heating/AC unit was in good condition and not too noisy.
  • Good sized room with enough space to work and move about.
  • One gripe is a very small bath counter.
  • The care package from house cleaning -- very thoughtful!
