Laundry room hasn’t been updated. Washers don’t do a complete cycle, dryers are not drying. Timing is posted for both washers and dryers on the wall. Both need extra 30-40 min to have a full wash and dry. Last time washer was making a very loud noise as if it was coming apart, mentioned issue to front desk. Checked next time , still same problem.

Check in was fast, front desk staff friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast each morning was good and Mayrla was wonderful! She was constantly refilling/replenishing food items, cleaning tables and area. The pool furniture lacked a lot to be desired, but we made due. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We were in Dallas for a conference and loved the service and the staff. it is close to the airport and easy to get to stores and restaurants, yet not crowded and congested. The staff was very friendly and helped us to learn to use the remote fo the ac/ heater by coming to the room and walking us through the process, making sure we could use it before they left.

This is a nice and clean place with a comfortable bed. Obviously, someone didn’t even consider technology upgrades over the years. There is not a single USB port in the room. The bedside clock is built to only nest the original iPhone base. The TV is working off an old school cable box with a 100+ button old school multifunction remote that is literally designed to accommodate a VCR. I work in the technology business and I couldn’t make it change stations. The remote in the other room is completely different and won’t control the bedroom TV channels at all either. I decided to call downstairs to see if there was a secret to making these vacuum tubes work. Oh wait, no phone in the room to call. I do like a hard word phone in case there is a security issue. I called down w my cell phone and it sounds like these remotes are a regular issue for them. They said they would have someone look at it the following day. Being able to watch the news while on the road seems like a basic ask. Don’t count on it at this place. I watched the news on my phone this morning. There is a DVD player in the room. I guess if you travel with DVDs this is the place for you. What a time capsule of a place for about $250 a night.

Reserved through Capital One Travel, due to the advertised Hotel Shuttle, since we had a flight through DFW with a long layover. It was close to the airport, but hopefully far enough out to not hear jets all night long. Called ahead before boarding our international flight to check on the shuttle procedure, and was then informed that the shuttle doesn't run on the weekend so we'd have to find our own way to the hotel. We had a nonrefundable rate, and neither the hotel or capital one would assist with the incorrect advertising to cancel and rebook, so we were stuck with it. Waited 10 min at the front desk for an employee to come back to get us checked in, it seems that there is only one person at the hotel. Tried to call the front desk a couple times due to a remote not working, and no linens for the pullout, but nobody ever answered the phone. While waiting to check in, the phone was ringing pretty much the whole time but never answered. The couch cushions were stained and ripped. The walls and floors are dirty and stained, a good portion of the tiles in the bathroom are broken and missing grout. Both elevators reeked of weed. TVs worked but are old and outdated. The place felt sketchy at best, and is not a place I'd recommend to anyone.

I reserved the 2 bedroom suite weeks in advance. I received an email the day before my stay asking me to check in and what time I would be arriving, I checked in and told them 3 pm. I arrived at 4pm the day of check in and was told that my room wasn't available because it was not clean. The front desk agent stated it would be 2 hours but the manage told him I could get the room 50% off if I waited. I told him I would wait, then he spoke to the manager and they said it would be ready by 7. I was expecting the rest of my party by 7:30/8, so I told him ok. We waited. As it got closer to 7, I asked him was the room almost ready and he told me that the housekeeper was on her way to the hotel to clean it. She hadnt got there yet. As we waited there we saw a house keeper leave at 5 as well as the manager, but it was now 7 with nobody there to clean the room. We waited until 8:30 until finally we asked if they could get us a hotel somewhere else since they had not rooms. The front desk agent couldnt get ahold of the manager. He stated his phone was going straight to voicemail. She he cancelled our room and we had to find our own accomodations somewhere else.

We booked 2 nights at this hotel thru hotels.com and on the second night we discovered several major water leak in the bathroom ceiling around 9 pm. We immediately told Aly at front desk who had the nerve to offer a bucket and towels to place in the bathroom since they did not have another room to put us in. We said no like I’m sure anyone would because the leak was not only coming from the ceiling but it was also coming from the cover to the light bulb. So it seemed very hazardous to spend the night there. Aly also assured us we would get our money back at 11pm when the night shift guy came in. We come back at 11 and we are told managers need to approve the refund. Still waiting on approvals. Long story short this hotel is a less old amd run down. do not take the risk

This hotel is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and overall update. In addition, the HVAC needs repair as our AC only worked sporadically-not pleasant in August.
It's only redeeming qualities are the plentiful and varied breakfasts and helpful staff (although 90% of them weren't complying with the mask requirements of IHG which were posted all over the hotel).
Overall, AVOID.

This property was disgusting and would never recommended for the price. We had a 2br suite and the one night we stayed was too much. Tv's didn't work they had to come up and fix them, not the worse. It had roaches actively walking around the tub in bathroom, smoke detector hanging from ceiling, and wallpaper mismatched with patching. The rooms are worn and need to be updated. For the cost, I would never recommend this hotel and it's hot in the lobby they only cool the rooms not the halls and common spaces. The pictures online didn't match what I got.

Not pleased at all!! First off the front desk guy is rude! We booked for 3 days as a trip for my birthday. Arrived and he had an attitude because the card the room was booked with was a virtual card. He didn’t seem to understand that with a virtual card you do not have the actual card. My husband whipped out his card and he payed…..problem solved. Remote for living room areas television did not work. We called front desk 5 times and no one answered. On our way out to eat that evening we went to the front desk and guess who was right there. Front desk guy! Then at about 8 pm the fire alarm started blaring. We go down to see what’s happening and they said they tripped the alarm on accident. Advertisement for a breakfast buffet is so false. They have the same breakfast everyone else does….the standard sausage links, oatmeal, small cheese omelettes, and juice.….same thing Hamptons have. No Buffett so I was highly disappointed. The only thing different was a soda machine. Went back to room to take a shower and get ready for the day. Apparently I took a shower with a huge water bug. My husband got in after me and had to knock it down from the shower head and kill it. Gross! The sofa and carpet had stains. Seems as if this hotel needs a thorough cleansing. Do not waste your money!

Thank you for your inquiry. Check in Time is 3 pm. Early Check In can happen on a case by case basis dependent on the previous nights occupancy. In the event that the hotel sells out the night before your date of arrival, either in total, or based on your room type, we cannot guarantee an early checkin. We do our best to accommodate early arrivals, but as a small hotel, it is not often possible. Our best recommendation is to contact the hotel directly the morning of your arrival.

I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. Unfortunately, No we aren't able to provide shuttle to and from AT&T Stadium in Arlington. While we do enjoy having guests stay with us for Cowboys Games, and other events there, the distance makes it difficult for us to do it. There is always the chance that could change, but that is where we are at currently.

Parking at the hotel is free, there is a free shuttle to and from the airport (to DFW anyway, don't think shuttle serves Love Field). Hope this helps
