I had no choice but to stay there because my trip was paid for, but this is a really poor property. It looks and feels its age. From a sad lobby, one working elevator, air-conditioning going out, terrible wi-fi, if at all, single bath towels (excuse me?), single soaps in the bathroom, somewhat saggy mattress. To call this worse than...

The first time I stayed at this hotel was mid-summer. I stayed here because I'm a Hilton Honors member and it was close to where I had to work. The hotel at this time was undergoing "renovations". My room was humid, smelled terrible and the AC barely worked. The second and LAST time I stayed there... Fire alarm went off...

WiFi did not work anywhere in our room. WiFi worked fine in the hotel lobby. When WiFi did work, it was free to me as an HHonors member. The reservation offer I responded to claimed there would be a walk-in double nozzle shower in the main suite bathroom. There was only a standard bathtub with one shower nozzle in the...

It occupies the top 11 floors of a building in the medical center complex. You can self-park in the garage or valet. Staff and room were very nice. It was a rare cold day in Houston and the lobby and restaurant were very cold; most people in the restaurant had coats on. The lobby and restaurant are tiny and that...

The one star given is for the excellent room, and the even more exceptional staff. Having said that, I am here to get a restful nights sleep so that I can be at my best during the day. I don't think that that will be possible. I am on day one of a four-day trip, and there has *already* been...

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. I'm sure there were Only three employees working at the entire hotel when we check in on a Wednesday evening around 6pm. It took way to long to check in. There were no bellman to help with bags. The rooms smelled of mold. The first room they had me...

The hotel was nice. My room was very large. I was very excited about going to the pool during my stay when we were not at MD Anderson. There was a sign on the pool that said it was closed temporarily. It was closed the entire 3 days I was there. I was very disappointed. Otherwise, everyone here was friendly....

1. TV in bedroom: first night had terrible reception from 845pm-6:50am, with consistent freezing of sound & picture (example: 7 lost signals in 5 minutes); Bedroom remote not sufficiently linked with TV – initial power on with no response to commands from remote; Two old, very different remote controls; Higher channel numbers mostly have “no signal” regardless of time of...

Excellent service for everyone. Every staff person we met was most helpful and tried to make our stay enjoyable. Minor things prevented me from providing excellent in every area. The renovation program should take care of these.
