My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here this past weekend and I continue to amazed at this hotel's service. They sent champagne and chocolates to our room. Every staff member was so kind. We go back as often as we can and are so grateful for the efforts they extend to each and every guest.

We stayed here 7 nights. The hotel staff were all great! The room was great! The amenities were great! The ability to walk from the hotel to the George Brown Convention Center was really nice. The hotel also took us to eat at different locations with their van.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Americas ... the room was very comfortable and nice! The front desk and the rest of the staff we encountered was friendly and always helpful! We will definitely stay there again.

A pleasure to visit thanks to amazing staff and accommodations. Amazing location for convention center. Parking is expensive. Figure $25 plus a night. Plentiful restaurants nearby. Recommend in house Pappasito's Cantina. Clean and large comfortable rooms with all the amenities. Wonderful front desk service. Ask for 6 or 7 floor with city view that is beautiful at night. Great central...

The staff, service, and atmosphere was outstanding during a time that was extremely busy and filled with guests of major conventions. Our organization was treated with first-class service, and we truly appreciated all that was done to accommodate us.

We stayed while attending a concert at the Toyota Center (Rockets' home), which is literally next door, as is the Houston convention center. (NOTE: The Astros' Minute Maid Park is a couple of blocks away and an easy walk). Apart from the excellent location, the hotel has much to recommend it: It's relatively new, in great shape, and has ample...

I used to live in Houston and this was my first time back in five years. This was my first time staying in the Hilton Americas despite seeing it daily years ago. Here are my impressions. 1. It's a downtown hotel so you have to pay for parking. But I still don't like paying for it. 2. Being able to...

I have never been treated so rudely on a consistent basis. Our check-in process was horrible (which I generally attributed to and forgave considering the long wait because of a flood of people for a special event), but the supervisor for the manager was less-than-helpful after a disappointing meal, and the clerk at check-out was the worst, by far, of...

I was in town for a project near the hotel. The executive lounge on the 24floor is great. rooms were clean however the housekeeping didn't get to my room till very late in the day. I used the spa and that was good too. Overall a beautiful hotel.

This hotel is a great choice for business in downtown Houston. I attended a convention hosted here in July and was able to have an upgraded room on one of the concierge floors. The room was tastefully furnished with a beautiful panoramic view of the Houston skyline. I was, at first, not happy with the view from my upgraded room...
