Awful!!! Not clean, didn't look vacuumed and tub and bathroom sink dirty. Elevators were broken, this is something they should tell you when you call to make the reservation. Then they wanted to put us on the 3rd floor! My mom is a cancer pAtient and CANNOT climb stairs. We are here for an extended stay that's why we chose...

Front desk was not very well maintained as we had to wait and wait for someone to help us. No-smoking room had a musty smoky smell. Elevator was not working the 3 days we were there and we were on the top floor. Worst was the internet connection as it was confusing to sign in. We happened to hit the...

This hotel is walking distance to MD Anderson main hospital, which really saves on parking! The staff is ALWAYS very helpful and compassionate and there is a special medical rate for patients. We've been coming here for almost a decade and have never been disappointed!

Dirty, smelly, horrible service, and would not return. There were plates and dishes in the hall ways, the "non-smoking" room wreaked of smoke, the pull out bed did not have linens, and the bathroom's cleanliness was questionable.

A backed up toilet, broken A/C unit, and broken faucet weren't fixed in 14 hours! We returned to a smelly room and had to switch to another room, without a second bed, had to go back to the desk to get sheets and make the sofa pull-out myself. Had to go to desk for missing towels, burned out light bulb,...

Chose this hotel based on location and relatively cheaper price. What I should have done is picked any other hotel. I seriously question if anyone cleans these rooms regularly. The room smells of mildew, which gets worse when the air conditioner kicks in. The shower has pink mildew along the edges, and there are smears of unidentified things on the...

We only stayed here because we were stuck in a "gas-leaked" house to which we had been invited. It's safe; it's clean; it is near NOTHING, so don't plan to walk for a coffee or tea. The service is good and at $100-ish per night, it's worth it for a need, not a respite, imo.

The staff are good. Place can use some updating to some things that are damaged or run down. If you aren't there for a hospital stay i don't recommend staying. You hear sirens all the time. You hear the hospital helicopters all the time. The place was always busy while my business had us staying there. It is gery convient...

We were not hotel guests but Houstonians who visited a friend staying here while she was going through treatment at MD Anderson. As a Houstonian, it was sad and embarrassing that there is not more attention to cleaning (both deep and surface), tired furnishings and friendlier front desk staff. The location is excellent to The Texas Medical Center but they...
