Sonder never fails us when we travel. We've stayed several times at this very location. Beautiful and clean and in a great location. Easy walk to so many restaurants and museums but also has a nice parking garage if you have a car.

Our stay was short but we were very happy with the accommodations. The kitchen was fully equipped, there was a washer and dryer and towels were provided along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles in the restroom. It was a little tricky getting into the parking garage and the parking spots are limited and very small. Other than that I will definitely be staying there again!

From what I can tell Sonder has a history of intentionally skipping or skimping on cleaning services between guest stays. Gross, sure, but in my case it was an absolute nightmare and extremely dangerous. Turns out that a squatter was living in our unit when we checked in. He wasn't physically there when we arrived but we could recognize signs that someone was living there (dirty underwear, takeout food containers). He returned to the unit at about 1 AM just several hours later when we encountered him in the kitchen - shirtless African American gentleman with face tattoos - while getting ready for bed. Fortunately he just collected his belongings and left but certainly could've been deranged or aggressive - either way, not a gamble I ever want to take in the future. Had someone from Sonder actually been by our unit to clean it before our stay, they wouldve recognized that something was off and could've communicated that back to their office. Instead, the haphazard and intentional abandonment of these premises by Sonder staff in order to save money is at the expense of your safety. Book anywhere else!…

The apartment was very clean, up to date and well maintained. I was very pleasantly surprised with how nice it was. The area seems to be in the middle of being revitalized but I never felt that my safety was in jeopardy while staying at Sonder. Private garage was gated with access code. Also, needed access code to enter elevator to building.

Amazing, simply, perfect cozy quiet and safe. This is home. Laundry dryer walk in closet clean amenities beautiful and lots of space bathroom homey and inviting living room clean overall experience. Amazing

Nice place, but not clean at all. We found hair everywhere, on the sofabed, underneath it, on the floors. Very apparent that no cleaning had taken place between guests. Kitchen ill equipped, so if you want to prepare meals, don't stay here. The trip ended up costing more than we had anticipated, as we had to eat out a lot. The sofabed was not comfortable either. It's ok for a 1-2 nights but not longer.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was a mini family vacation! The location was perfect and there was so much to do within arms reach. The place was very clean and we felt safe. I will use Sonder for future trips because it was so convenient.

Everything was what I expected! My family and I found a home away from home, Very clean, and chic. We were able to check in early which was great. The kitchen was beautiful and equipped for our home made dinners, breakfast. I was able to work from our apartment which was super important for me. My second time staying with Sonder and will continue for all of our future trips.

My son and I stayed in the 2 bed 2 bath unit for 8 days when we attended UFC 271. Our stay was initially 6 days but our flight got cancelled. I called them as soon as I found out & extended 2 more days for next flight. They gave me such an amazing deal on the extra 2 days & they were so sweet! It was absolutely amazing!!! The dryer was broken, a guy came asap to try to fix it but it needed a whole new part, but they offered to pay for our laundromat fees. We felt very safe there, it locks everywhere! The kitchen had everything you needed. We needed more towels & toilet paper & they left a huge shopping bag with all new sets at our door, ( we were out of apartment), not long after I asked! Both balconies were amazing & had a beautiful view of the city, especially at night. The master bedroom was huge with a huge bed & bathroom, ( of course my son took over on that one)! Of course you can hear what’s going on around you, but that’s apartment life for you, so we didn’t even care. It was so much better than hotels. My only complaint was parking in the garage. People blocked me in a few times because they weren’t parking in the actual spots… Absolutely a repeat Sonder fan here. I will definitely use them again in the future!!! Added pics but forgot to take some of the master bedroom & bath. They are huge, double sinks, king size bed, & walk in closet. I also have to absolutely commend Sonder because we had pillows for days & they were so fluffy! I HATE going to a hotel & you have to ask for pillows & they are always so flat!
