This place was amazing and is a gem in Houston. Natalie the bartender at the bar makes things so enjoyable at the pool and can’t express how kind and funny she is. If you are looking for a vacation/staycation for The Weeknd look no further, this is the spot!

Natalie provided us wonderful service poolside. Ver friendly and great drinks! We enjoyed a lovely Friday afternoon hanging out at the pool at Zaza. The appetizers and the drinks were great, as was the atmosphere, thank you for everything!

Natalie was amazing! Best service ever! She was so informative about the menu as well as offered several suggestions which were right on point. She was training a new server and was so attentive to him as well! That’s how you keep the “good stuff” going!

The service was to a different level, we got the best server, very attentive. Natalie ensures to keep it the highest standard. We are very pleased overall. We had a nice summer afternoon at the pool of the ZaZa hotel, definitely coming back before the summer ends!

Friendly staff from valet to front desk, clean and large rooms, pool was private and food/drinks delicious. Perfect for a staycation with being close from Memorial City Mall and City Center. Mini bar was fully stocked with anything you need.

Great place to stay. My only feedback for improvement is that the bath tubs are deep and there are no handrails to make it easy for elderly people to get in and out. Also the rim around the bathtubs are wide, and when you take shower the water gets accumulated on the sides of the bathtub and make it messy. Hope these gets addressed. Great hotel and great staff!
