Have stayed at this location 5 or 6 times over the past few months. My experiences have all been quite pleasant, from the very nice folks at reception to the rooms themselves, and the property. Very nice breakfast in the morning with something for everyone's likes, and a snack type of food in the late afternoon Mondays through Wednesdays. There...

Stayed here for about a month for a business trip with about 9 co workers. Hotel was nice, the free breakfast everyday was awesome. The cleaning staff was extremely helpful and efficient. The basketball court was a little small, but better than nothing. I would stay here again if in the area. The ac in my room was broken and...

We have been here for three weeks and have nothing but good to say! The staff are so friendly. The rooms are great! I don't think any other hotel will live up to this one anytime soon. Good breakfast, beautiful pool, the layout of the hotel is so nice to walk around. I have a Maltese and 11 year old...

We had a great stay at Residence Inn at Clear Lake. Since we had our 2 grandniece/nephew, we needed the 2 bedroom suite. It was more of condo since we had a private entry, 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in addition to the full kitchen and living room. The kids loved it! They had their own area and...

Stayed here on points and it was OK. Rooms are a bit aged and worn as seen on the carpet. Maid hairs all over the shower - gross. Also found maid hair on the sheet when I was going to bed. NOT mine as I am bald and my wife is blonde. This was dark long hair. YUK! Breakfast area...

Overall, I'm very happy with my stay here. The room is clean, comfortable, and has everything needed. (Even a toaster!) Only 3 minor complaints: 1. There is a weird sweet smell in the main building, which is where my room is, and I would prefer no smell. 2. The hot tub is lukewarm. 3. Offer some firm pillows.

My family and I took a road trip from Lancaster, PA to Houston, TX, and after driving through the night we arrived at Residence Inn Houston Clear Lake which was the first stop on our trip. After traveling for 25 hours straight, the welcome we received was a real joy. Arriving at 9:30 AM they were able to have our...

My first stay in a residence inn and I really enjoyed it. Staff was friendly. Hot breakfast each morning was great. Rooms are big with kitchen in each room. Not an "upscale" hotel if that's what you prefer, but definitely clean, practical and more accommodating than most places. Excellent for families or extended stay. At this particular location there are...

This hotel should not be advertised on any booking sites. The customer service experience I had with this location was horrible. I had a booked reservation for well over a week. When I showed up on the date my reservation was scheduled, I was informed that my room had been given to an international party. What kind of establishment doesn't...

Greetings, Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience with your accommodations. Unfortunately we were faced with a challenging situation with the extensions due to weather in the local area. This was certainly a learning experience for future events. Thank you for your feedback and we hope to have the opportunity to have you as our guest in the near...

This place was clean and comfortable. Went on a little weekend get away. The staff was so nice and helpful. Anything you need the will help with. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. The pool area was so pretty with all the palms and flowers. Loved it!
