Disclaimer: There are many things wrong with this hotel, but some of them have to do with holding it to “Disney standards” that I’m quite used to from staying at many in the U.S. I think, if it were just any hotel, this review wouldn’t be as harsh, but given that it’s a Disney property, they have created a world class standard for themselves and so I’m going to hold them to that. I’m also not willing to consider that one room type is cheaper than another and therefore held to a lesser standard, because Disney is Disney... and all rooms, regardless of cost, should be held to the same basic quality of service and aesthetics that Disney markets itself on. I will also say that, as an American, I am used to an American standard of hotels and have never stayed in French properties until now so my knowledge of how things are in the European hotel management sphere is limited. The Good - Hotel is pretty close to Disney Village and the RER train; there is no need to rent a car or use taxi in my opinion because the location is excellent. - The estate grounds are attractive and charming. I felt like I was staying in the mountains of Colorado back home, which was nice (though ironic). - Concierge desk was very helpful and friendly. - WiFi works great! The Bad, & The Ugly - Rooms are severely outdated and “low end”. I can’t express how badly this hotel needs a remodel. When you go on vacation, you want to stay in a room that’s at least semi nice to look at; this is not the case here. You might as well be staying in a broom closet. - Toiletries are not provided. Bring shampoo and lotion! - Breakfast options are limited. You basically have a few places in Disney Village, and the hotel buffet. The Buffet was a clusterf*ck and not worth the hassle. They want you in and out in record time. (But again, this might be a French thing.) - Our room did not get cleaned until we asked for it, and this was a few days after we arrived and noticed we were not getting housekeeping. There is a placard in the room that says this policy but I honestly did not read it until my last night during my stay and it is in very small print. Truthfully, if it is worth saving on cleaning expenses versus encouraging room hygiene and guest happiness, then I’m shocked once again that it’s a Disney property. - Elevators are rickety and slow. Use the stairs! - We live in the digital age where our phones and tablets are a big part of our lives both at home and on vacation. Yet this room only had one available plug to charge a phone ... and it was not near the bed. Insanity! - Tip: Request a fan from housekeeping because there is no fan in the room; I am someone who almost always needs to sleep with a fan!

Nice and pretty scenery. Staff are OK helpful but some don't. Wheelchair access is OK but not when they send you to your room which is good 10 Min walk.lift weren't working ain't good. Bus is every 10 mins to the park, the ride is only 5 min to the park. Food is just voucher for drink, crossiant or choc plain. So no buffet style breakfast, Which isn't a good thing.

Me and my family went to Disneyland Paris and we treated ourselves to a 4 star hotel. There was nothing particularly special but they had breakfast and a bed so I'm happy! We stayed in the highest hotel area as well.

Visited 2 years ago over halloween and stayed in the main hotel itself. It had always been on our list of places to stay as normally we'd stayed in santa fe or off site in a cottage booked on booking.com. Thought we would treat ourselves after our original positive experience. What a mistake. We were situated in the furthest lodge from the main hotel complex, car park and river. We drew the small straw completely. Didnt have a vending machine in the complex or the free hot chocolate coffee machine either when other blocks did too. Colours were bland and it just looked like it was in severe need of a renovation. I know the theming is log cabins. But I'm not a homesteader and expected the same positive experience in the lodges as we did in the main hotel complex. Definitely wouldnt revisit after having an abysmal experience in hunters grill either. Son felt sick and unfortunately was sick before I could react in the buffet area. I apologised, managed to clean up most of the area on my own as the waiters etc looked at me in disgust. They didnt put any cones down or anything to clean the area properly either after.
