I needed a place to stay about mid-way of a long drive, which was the Haskell, TX area. Not a lot of hotels in Haskell so I tried this B&B. Good choice. Even though I was delayed and arrived pretty late, the owner greeted me, gave me a choice of rooms. Each room has everything you need, private bath, ironing...

Stayed here for 2 weeks while working at a local job. This is easily the best place to stay in Haskell! The owner was really friendly and the room was spacious and felt more like home than a hotel room.

Thanks for choosing to stay at our B&B. We are always glad to have new people and hope to see you again!

The beds were comfortable, the decor was beautiful, and talking with Ruby was the most fun of all. We stayed here twice in one week and each time was amazing. If you're passing through West Texas, make it a point to stop and spend the night here. You won't regret it.

Ruby, the proprietor, greets you warmly as you enter this cozy house, and she says goodbye with a hug! The bedrooms are lovely, quiet, and ultra comfortable. If you're traveling to this area of Big Country, you'll want to stay here.

Ms. Ruby's B&B was very comfortable and quiet. My first time in Haskell without family to stay with, and it felt just like home. Enjoyed the company and freedom to come and go as we pleased. Breakfast was delicious and just what we needed to start off our day. Will definetly return and recommend The Bever House to all of...

I was placed at the Bevers House in Haskell more by accident then intent and it turned out to be the best thing ever! The accommodations are clean, comfortable, and I lacked for nothing. The house is amazing, decorated beautifully with loads of antiques and character, and Ruby and Abby are the most gracious hostesses I have ever met! They...

I stayed at the Bevers House and Ruby Turner feels like family to me now. She was so gracious and accommodating while I stayed there. Two of my children joined me and we all felt so at ease and comfortable. Haskell has a hotel where other family members stayed, but we got the best deal of all. I knew the...

First it is a cute house, the decorating could use a little updating and cleaning but mainly the air was set at 76 degrees in 80-100% humidity and the king bed we slept in for a week was very, very very old. I slept on one side and was barley able to walk one day and my husband slept there...

“There are 4 rooms with attached bathrooms, also a separate house available as well just across the street.”

“All rooms in the main house have bathrooms and are very new. The hunter dens aren't as "spiffy", but do grant the travelers complete privacy, if that's what you're looking for.”
