They were very polite, professional, personable, and very attentive to the needs of my 82 yo grandmother. They also serve a great breakfast! They had a full house and were very fast and efficient! Dave actually lived in and cooked for 8 years in Europe! And his daughter who is a professional chef, gives him a lot of credit! They...

Perfect location about 1 block off the square!! Quiet street with other historic homes. Lovely garden and perfect curb appeal! The rooms are so comfortable and quiet. Beds soft and luxurious! The hosts (David and Yvonne) were so welcoming and could offer great Granbury suggestions. And then the breakfast---The best ever! I felt as if we were in a fancy...

Stayed here for an anniversary celebration and had a great time! The breakfasts were as stunning as advertised. The hosts were very kind to help my wife and I in our genealogical research, even connecting us with a neighbor and several other sources of information. I highly recommend a stay in this beautiful old home!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Manor of time. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding! Dave and Yvonne made us feel at home and gave excellent dinner recommendations. I enjoyed that we were within walking distance of the square. My husband and I plan on going back again next year!

Delighted by my hosts and the accommodations in every way. It's rare that there's a perfect balance of getting to know your host and knowing what's around you and being left alone. To top it off breakfast was beautiful. A Greek yogurt souffle, berries, and another course followed with a thinly sliced potato torte with Swiss cheese, puffed pastry egg...

This was the best "breakfasts" we have ever had at a B&B. A two course meal every day. A must for those who love great breakfasts. Crepes, souffles, woven bacon, eggs Benedict, casseroles, pumpkin mousse, and much more ... The hosts are gourmet cooks and have experience cooking in Paris France and Barcelona Spain. Oh yeah, the house and sleeping...

Comfortable beds, great breakfast. Need I say more? On the square, great folks who don't bother you but are there if you need them. If you're, going to be picky and start limiting him on what he can cook, go to Pam's for bacon and eggs because you'll be wasting his time. He is a very creative, incredible cook and...

Our daughters surprised us with an anniversary stay at this lovely bed and breakfast. It was our first stay at any bed and breakfast, and it won't be our last. The Victorian style is a favorite of mine, so this was a perfect place for us. The room was very comfortable and spacious. I enjoyed all the furnishings and step...

Very nice bed and breakfast in easy walking distance to the Granbury square and the lake. Beautifully appointed Victorian home. Gracious, knowledgeable hosts prepared a fantastic breakfast. Rooms are good sized with nice bathrooms and robes provided! We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at the Manor of Time Bed & Breakfast in Granbury, Texas for Valentines Day. We had a wonderful experience. The Victorian house was lovely and the furnishings were outstanding. One of the hosts used to be a chef in France, so the breakfast was the best I had ever had in all our B&B experiences!...
