Always nice Staying here at the Days Inn it’s always clean and tidy the breakfast is always good and the prices are always manageable, On top of all that the pool is always clean and fresh I will be looking forward to staying at Wyndham hotels again in the future
Our room carpet was sticky and had bugs. I asked for a refund, room to be cleaned, and move to another room. I got a straight NO to all of it and was told I wasn’t staying at the hotel that night. I said good give me my money back and I’m out of here. He he couldn’t do that and I said I’m not leaving if your not giving a refund. His response was to call the police on me. They showed up and we’re very understanding of my stance and asked them to just give me another room, but he still wouldn’t do it. We left and have not heard from anyone to offer an apology.
Clean rooms, very helpful and friendly staff, accommodating to all my needs, easy check ins and check outs, parking lot is big, the only downside to this hotel is breakfast could use some more varieties.
Don't stay at this hotel! The rooms were disgusting and filthy! The bedding was stained and the thought of bed bugs was overwhelming. My electricians checked in and were in their rooms for one hour. They were disgusted and turned around and checked out. Upon leaving they were told that they would not be reimbursed for the one night stay, because they pulled the sheets back on the bed. Never mind the toenail clippings, suckers, gummy bears and crumbs stuck on the furniture and the floor. The Assistant manager told me that they were in the rooms long enough to make that mess themselves. Our company travels all over the country and this was the worst experience for my employees. We booked two rooms for a Friday night at $150 per room. We arrived and felt the place looked pretty run down. We decided to check in. The front desk area looked trashed behind the counter and I wasn't feeling too good about the place. But we got our keys and decided to check out the rooms. We walked upstairs, and went into both rooms. They were both hot, and smelled horrible, like they had been smoked in for years, with a cover of carpet deodorizer to try and cover the smell. We turned on one air conditioner, which was very dirty and it didn't cool. We looked at the beds and the pillows looked yellow under the pillow cases and we just couldn't make ourselves stay. We went back to the front desk and asked if we could get our money back to go somewhere else. The lady at the front desk, said that she couldn't do anything and we would have to talk to the manager who would show up at 7 am. She refused to help in anyway. We gave her our room keys and left and called Day's Inn and complained. They said the hotel is independently owned. We told them, they really need to go a make a visit, that it is really horrible.…
I hope that title warns you away from this place but if not, keep reading. I wish this would allow me to attach photos of the bites my wife and I received and of the actual bed bugs. I had reserved for another night already and they would not refund the following night. When we reported it and showed the pictures they seemed very ‘rehearsed’ on responses almost like putting the blame back on us. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Stayed at the Day's Inn for one night and spent the day enjoying the sights of Granbury. The room was very clean and found the beds to be very comfortable. We found the property to be very clean and everything works as should. Michael at the front desk was nice and very helpful.
it was nasty, dirty, furniture appeared second hand, safety issues faucet bathroom didn't fit well over sink and all the water ran onto counter behind faucet. stunk, carpet sticky. floors nasty. did not stay night decided to drive home 4 hour trip.
My husband and I had to relocate because of our employment. And, we had to stay at this hotel for a couple of months. I honestly started to call it home. The room is very comfortable and clean, they offer free breakfast, the cable has a good selection of channels, but most of all the staff have been excellent! The manager Michael Whipps has gone above and beyond what was expected to make our trip comfortable and easy. If you want to stay somewhere that will give you comfort and peace of mind, I recommend this hotel. 😊
The hotel staff were polite and accommodating to my needs. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The rate was comparable to the standards and the surrounding hotels. We will definitely stay again.
