We booked this place last minute and there wasn't much to choose from for availability on our time frame, I'm really glad we chose this place. They are decent looking, very clean 2 bedroom condos so we had a full kitchen, 2 full baths and a toilette downstairs. Our room has a balcony which we utilized every evening to unwind from the day at the beach, which is directly across the street. The Seawall Blvd is a very busy road with cars and motorcycles roaring up and down the strip into the wee hours. We only had 2 complaints, the noise level from the road was very loud and could possibly be solved with double-paned windows, and an extremely hard bed, which was very uncomfortable for my husband. Other than that, we absolutely loved the place, and we would surely stay there again.
The towels seemed brand new, there were plenty of pillows and blankets, clean dishes were inside the dishwasher, and they had toiletries in each bathroom. These are old condos that have been around for as long as I can remember, so they're dated, but they've been repainted, cleaned up and are almost like being at a beachhouse.

Bathroom was very clean but staircase handle and kitchen floor was sticky, not a big problem, I brought a windex and clean it, the paper towels turned black color but it’s not sticky anymore, kitchen was clean other than the floor, bedroom window has mini blinds which didn’t really block the light very well, would use a blackout curtain, every morning, the brightness woke me up, but so... I got to watch the beautiful sunrise, service was great and if you love the sea you will love it here....you can see the sea, you can hear the sea, you can smell the sea....

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us! I am sorry to hear that the floor and handrail were both sticky unfortunately some of the sanitization products that we use have a tendency to leave things feeling sticky. Aside from that,12 it sounds like you had a memorable stay with us! We are so glad that you had a good time and we hope to see you all soon!

Villa #15
Doors from rooms to balcony need at least weather stripped but really replaced (huge gap under at least one and air comes in the sides too and no space between knob and jamb on one door so pinches fingers when pulling shut from outside), maybe upstairs windows too. When upstairs, due to lack of weather stripping/good doors & windows, you can hear EVERYTHING-but not downstairs. I did notice the front door also has a place you can see daylight/porch light through on the side. Needs new mattresses-they are in very bad shape and loud anytime you just sit on it. Could also use ADA size toilets upgrade. Love the location and view. Love the decor throughout. The downstairs has beautiful furnishings. Will need new sofa bed probably sooner than later but the couch set is pretty. When we walked in it was nice and cool. Needs new blinds throughout. Nice kitchen, living and dining. I love that it has a bathroom for each room and a half bath downstairs as soon as you walk in front door. They provide liquid hand soap which I thought was a nice touch. The staff was nice to deal with on the several occasions I texted or called them with questions. We checked in last Friday, checked out today (Thursday)-the pool was closed the entire duration of our stay which sucked (they did offer compensation for that when I inquired). I would love to stay here again but the mattresses would have to be replaced first (I can deal with the outside noise although I'd prefer they fix balcony door issues first too). The rooms could easily fit a queen, maybe even king but I think the mattresses were just full size. TV's weren't working (channels), turns out boxes needed upgraded so we had to log into our streaming things on them to watch anything. Storm knocked out internet so it didn't work for a while. Seems like they promptly respond to/fix issues (except pool). These are like condos, not hotel rooms. Basically a townhome which I loved. Was very clean and inviting.

The units are all 2 bedroom & large with balconies off both upstairs bedrooms & the downstairs dining room & all units face the Gulf on Seawall Blvd. It is wonderful to sea the water & enjoy the sound of the gulf. Our unit was decorated in lovely colors with a nautical theme throughout. The Wi-Fi worked at all times during the week we were there. The staff responded to every need & question & made us feel like they were very happy we were there. We have stayed many times over the years & have always had a great stay. Highly recommended.

Built in the 80’s so dated with dated furniture. Clean and comfortable however and couldn’t ask for a better location. The beach is right off your balcony. Centrally located close to good restaurants and entertainment. Can’t say enough about the awesome view. You could stay in higher end hotels on a he seawall but they are further back from the beach. The view from upper and lower balconies in your unit at Four Seasons is unbeatable and felt like you were practically on the beach.

AbsoluteLy The best value on the Seawall! The condos are huge and while sometimes there are very minor repairs / upgrades needed, they make up for it with the price. Walking distance to food, shopping, and beach. Staff is always super friendly. I try to stay here every trip to Galveston, and I always regret it when I don’t.

This is our 3rd stay at this property. We had several issues on arrival. All but two were address in a timely manner. Door trim broken and 1/2 bath window broken. we were told that a glass company was going to replace it after 2 days I have to send msg to have it repaired. Explaining that my 4 year old was on the way up and this was beyond dangerous and I needed it fixed asap. Few hours later maintenance arrived and removed the glass, leaving it on the porch (4 year old on site now) next to the door. A few more hours later they arrived with a piece of plexiglass to install. During this time we were in and out of the unit finding the door left unlocked each time.
Additionally the unit had water damaged ceiling that were poorly repaired and everything was extremely outdated.
The mattresses were horrible. I slept on the floor off and on from my back hurting.

I loved this large Villa. 2 bedrooms each had its own bathroom upstairs and both attached to the balcony Downstairs had a half bathroom also. A large balcony downstairs also was great. It was clean. No complaints on that part at all. Only complaint I have is there was only One television in one of the bedrooms and the other bedroom didn’t have any in it. It would have been nice to have had that. And please put cable up there also. The only tv upstairs only used apps like Hulu and Netflix. I don’t have a Netflix account. I had to used my Hulu account. And when you leave. Make sure you log out your account. Need furniture updates. Bed was kinda squeaky. It stormed our entire trip. But other then those small issues I will return there.

We love staying here. Everything is always so perfect . The only thing I think could use some attention is the beds are not very comfortable and the bedrooms could use some curtains to help with the lighting if you want to sleep in .
Everything else was amazing . We love the view from the balcony and being right on the sea wall
