My parents and I always stay at the Magnolia House and reserve the upstairs rooms. The Magnolia House is some comfortable and feel like a home. As usual, Claude's breakfast each morning was spectacular! I look forward to our next visit!

We enjoyed one night with my sister from Virginia to celebrate our birthdays. Claude and .Lisa welcomed us, gave us a tour of the house along with its interesting history then showed us to our rooms on the second floor. The beds & bedding were comfortable, we could control the temperature in our rooms, and the house truly made us...

We have been visiting the Magnolia House for a number of years, at least twice a year. I could wax eloquent about all the positive features, but to make this shorter let me just say that there isn't anything here to complain about. It is a beautiful property will all the amenities PLUS a magnificent breakfast produced each morning that...

My daughter and I came to Fredericksburg to see the wildflowers and tour wineries. Magnolia House is a Craftsman style home with a historical background, We stayed in the Bluebonnet Suite which had a comfy king bed, a separate sitting area with sofa, recliner and electric fireplace heater. There was also a small kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom...

We are glad you enjoyed the Bluebonnet Suite, breakfast and the other amenities of our B&B. We are sorry that you misunderstood the water bottles and wine carafes were not disposable. We inform our guests during check in, that these are refillable and reuseable. In our efforts to be eco-friendly and reduce the amount of plastics to be recycled or...

We stayed at this place one weekend. Very nice and comfy place. Had an enclosed outside breakfast area. Easy access to downtown Fredericksburg. Very nice. Very quiet neighborhood off the main drag. Easy to check in and check out.

Stayed in the Magnolia Suite, very roomy and comfortable, separate sitting area, enjoyed our cocktails with friends every evening, then off to dinner. Lisa and Claude are as helpful and nice as anyone could be and the breakfast must be quite unusual. I haven't stayed in many B & B's but I have to think there aren't many with a...

We arrived at Magnolia House according to our GPS. The Exterior of the B&B had one sign on the home that was hidden from view. I was sure we were at the wrong house. Claude came outside and told us where to park to unload and take a tour of the house. The Blue Bonnet suite has a separate entrance...

My daughter and I visited Fredericksburg recently to see the bluebonnets. We spent one night in the Magnolia House, and were delighted by lovely surroundings. The attention to detail really impressed me - from fresh flowers in the room to wine in the afternoon to a place in a fridge for guests to use to extra pillows to homemade cookies....
