Have been to several of the BB spots in town. This one has a great location, easy to walk to anywhere you want. Jacuzzi was great! Bed was very comfortable. They really need to learn how to clean properly. The wine glass was nasty dirty. Dust, and although the idea is to feel you've stepped back in time, it felt...

The location can't be beat - you're a block off East Main, and that's where most of the kitschy stores are. You're within the city limits, so wine tours will pick you up at your front door. However, keep in mind that you're renting an old home that has been converted into two suites. We stayed in Suite #1, which...

We found this place via a groupon. We were here for two nights in late April. Checking in was a breeze. It's not a hotel but a small house that has been converted in to two suites. Suite #1 is the "master". It has a sitting area, king size bedroom, a shower, and private hot tub access. The smaller suite,...

Checked the Internet for days before choosing 115 Austin Place #1. I have specific needs when traveling. This place seemed to cover most of them and was in a great location so one could park the car and just walk. Upon entering the place is quaint, maybe tired. Guest book dates same problems for years. Okay this place is in...

My boyfriend decided to surprise me with a stay at this bed and breakfast. We truly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and all the bars/restaurants within walking distance. The walls are thin so be careful with the noise you make. The hot tube was great. Everything is within walking distance. The room had utensils and coffee. It was nice. The robes...

We stayed at 115 Austin Place - Suite 2...it was very clean & nicely decorated...loved being able to walk to Main St and enjoy the shopping, wineries, and restaurants. Only thing we disliked was it not having a shower..and we unfortunately had "rowdy" neighbors that were staying in Suite 1. We were woken up at 3:30am to loud noise and...

The rooms were very clean, nicely appointed and a good location. Didn't like the list of places for the $10 breakfast voucher. They should have given two coupons per room and the restaurants were limited.

Everything is great about this room (Suite 1), except both times we have stayed (2011, 2012), the cleanliness could be improved upon. Different housekeeping issues with both stays. I definitely recommend the location. However, we highly recommend that they do a better job of cleaning it up. Some of the glassware was extremely dusty. This could be improved by wrapping...

We stayed in Suite 1 and this place was wonderful. My husband and I went for our 2 year anniversary. The location was perfect. We went on Main St during the day and did wine tastings, visited the brewery, went shopping, and went to restaurants. The restaurants are great and many of them had live music, but the service is...

We stayed in ste. 1 and it was awesome. the only things that were not satisfactory was the traffic noise you hear from main st at night (but great location if youre walking down mian st.) , there was candle wax drippings on the floor, and the hot tub didnt make bubbles! there also needs to be a sink. i...
