My husband and I recently stayed at the Olle Hotel. I would highly recommend it. The rooms are beautiful, roomy and comfortable. The breakfast offered was very delicious. The front porch swing reminded me of my grandmother's. It's in close proximity to the lovely painted churches.

My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful historical Olle Hotel. The room furnishings, food and excellent service made our stay a great experience. The small town atmosphere is unbeatable. We will certainly visit again.

This is a review from a smoker and comfort connoisseur. Smoking is allowed on the "private" balcony and the front porch. However, please be a clean smoker and not ruin it for the rest of us. The bed was divine, as well as, the pillows and linens. Comfort above and beyond! My husband told me that I rattled the windows...

My wife an dI stayed two nights at the Olle Hotel and used it as base for touring the Painted Churches that are in the area. We found the hotel very clean, the owner/host was welcoming and ready to answer questions--made us feel at home. Breakfast was hot, and very filling with a selection of coffee, tea, juice as well...

We had been traveling for several days, just finding night accommodations "on the fly". We pulled off Hwy 10 for gas late afternoon in Flatonia, and we decided to drive through what appeared to be a lovely small community . We drove by Olle Hotel, admiring the beautiful architecture, and decided to check out accommodations (knowing full well they would...

I thank you for writing about our pet friendly apartment. You would be surprised how many people travel with a pet so it has been useful because it is just far enough distance from other guests not to disturb them and gives the pet owner privacy too! I am very glad you stopped by and stayed with us. Hope you...

Recently stayed here for a long weekend while visiting the Painted Churches. We needed more than a room and found the Wagner House to be perfect for our needs. A great little set-up with 2 rooms/1 bath, living room, dining room and kitchen ~ our home away from home for the weekend. The staff was great; looked after our every...

Thank you for writing about our newly restored 1933 Wagner house. We put a lot of time and money to make it a nice place for our Olle Hotel guests who wanted a little more privacy but still are just across the street from the main building. I am also pleased my helpers made your stay so comfortable! Thank you...

My wife and I travelled to the Schulenburg area to do a little sight-seeing. We found the Olle on TripAdvisor and selected it. This is a great little hotel if you're going to be in the area. Flatonia is a very quiet little community, so don't expect to find things to do around here, especially in the evenings. Much of...

My wife and I recently stayed there 2 nights for the Shiner Beer Run that was 15 minutes away. What a great place. The minute we walked through the front door we felt right at home. The hard wood floors, the claw foot tub, and wood burning fireplace in the dining area set the mood. The lady/owner was so nice...

Thank you for taking time out to write a review. I do hope you come back and try out a room upstairs in the back. Our 6 Rooms upstairs are larger and more quiet. Room 1 is a pretty room and close to the porch and great for a guest who can not climb stairs, but yes, you will hear...

Just off I 10 is a lovely b&B. The host was very accommodating to our group of 18. The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was ready promptly. Lots of fresh fruit, kolaches and a egg based treat. Trains run all night but didn't seem to bother us. Close to the painted churches and ideal for bikes looking for quiet back...

Thank you so much for your business ! Especially when there are many lodging choices out there. Your comments will help undecided travelers who maybe want to stay in a unique, historical property verses a carbon copy hotel. Thank you for taking time out to comment! Kathryn
