Stayed here for 2 nights. Check in was easy, coffee and tea readily available. Only had breakfast one day and it was normal for Holiday Inn. The hotel still smells new. It’s very clean. It’s right of the highway. There weren’t any restaurant within walking distance for me. It was approximately 20 minutes from the airport and approximately 20-25 minutes from downtown Dallas. I took an Uber to and from both. Overall great experience.

Our entire weekend was such a nice stay at this Holiday Inn. It was nice and modern, only 3 years old. Rooms were nice , bed comfy, guest services super friendly! The breakfast area had a sign out stating if you wanted gluten free bread to ask for it. That was unexpected and so nice. I am a picky eater as I am on a low carb/sugar diet. I was happy with my boiled egg, toast, fresh fruit! :) There is a outside area hubby and I were able to sit outside enjoy a cigar and talk by a fire pit. We felt so safe in this area. Definitely would stay again!

My stay at Holiday Inn was an excellent experience! The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth, quick, and hassle-free. As this was my first time staying at a Holiday Inn, I was genuinely impressed by the high level of service and comfort. Good location to the airport. Short drive, but not a typical airport hotel. The staff were friendly. Towels are changed and trash cans emptied on request. It worked once, but not the next day. The breakfast was OK, nothing more. We were here for 3 days and the same menu was available every day. The room was very good, lots of space and everything was fine.

The hotel is a newer property and clean. Very good breakfast and the location is good and quiet. Paid $150. However, the night clerk was very rude and insulting. And our entire family got severely bitten by bed bugs! The handicap rooms have a connecting door to the next room and therefore you can hear everything. They were playing very loud music and so I phoned and the clerk’s first response is a rude “Every hotel has noise” WTF? She says she will call them. After half an hour I had to go down and ask her either to move us or do something. She says she can’t move us because the hotel is sold out and even though it’s still early and not everyone has checked in. Then she says she’s off by 11pm and so after that it’s not her responsibility and it will be the next shifts job. Again WTF? I tell her I will clean our room and make the sheets on the bed so that we can move to another room. To top it all off my whole family got bitten by bed bugs. My wife ended up with huge dark itchy welts all over her legs and face. So did my daughter. I came away with less bites than they did but was absolutely horrible. The worst experience ever! I have never been so insulted in my life.

After a day at the Rangers game, stayed here last night. I have to say this might be the cleanest motel I have ever stayed in. Everything seems spotless and new. Comfy bed and the soundproof rooms made for a great night's sleep. View was of I-35, so if you are wanting a great view. not the place for you. Very conveniently located. Dinner last night was about 3 miles to Texas Roadhouse and I have to say although it was crowded, the service and food was excellent there also.

This is a very nice hotel.... the common areas are clean and inviting, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast area had plenty of seating and the food is above average for a free offering.
Check-in and out were a breeze and I had to extend my stay by a day and the woman at the front desk took care of it without issues. All my interactions with staff were great, everyone was friendly and courteous.
I would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area!

Holiday Inn has redeemed itself! I had not stayed at a Holiday Inn in many years. While traveling in for work, this is where I stayed for a two-day meeting with colleagues. Crystal at the front desk was awesome to work with. The hotel was clean and relaxing. The breakfast was not too bad as well. Thank you, Holiday Inn Farmers Branch. Be back soon.

This isn’t your parents Holiday Inn. Modern, spacious, comfortable, very friendly and accommodating staff. Decent breakfast. And get this, half the price you would have paid for the same amenities within 10 miles.

This was a great little hotel to stay in, just off the LBJ interstate, about a 20min ride from DFW. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast, they don’t do dinner. Well located and convenient for business travel.
