I don't know about others and their experiences. Most people seemed like they were in groups and more worried about weddings and conferences. I just know that we were very disappointed. It was literally one thing after another. The valet almost caused us to wreck our new Lexus. The front desk acted like they couldn't care less. The AC was not on in our room (and this is Dallas so it was like walking into a sauna). There was no hot tub (we were celebrating our anniversary so this was disappointing). The escalator between the second and third floor was not working. The chairs in the room were literally like sitting on concrete. Even the toilet paper was like the cheap kind we had in the Army. I honestly have no idea how this is rated the 6th best hotel out of 205 in Dallas. It has to be due to the Galleria and not the hotel itself.
