Detailed Reviews
This is a low-tier hotel not close to much. My room had the sink/mirror in the bedroom. The bed was hard and the walls were thin allowing me to hear every conversation in the hall and love-making next door.

This is an extremely low range budget hotel. They dont promise you anything more. The lady in the breakfast area wouldnt be friendly, thats fine. The frontdesk person would want you to come in person to check out just to say you are good to go, thats fine. The rooms are not glittering, thats fine. The TV is as old as your grandmother and would make strange noise, thats fine. All that is fine and tolerable only if you are paying around 40$ per night with a points promotion. Would look for some other place next time.

My mom, sister, and I shared a hotel room here for one overnight (really only a few hours!) while waiting for a morning flight out of Dallas. We were actually booked through the airline, so didn't "pick" this hotel. We're middle-class people, don't expect fancy......but this place was a dump. Maybe we were just unlucky, but our room was not clean.....the edge of the carpet were completely nasty. We didn't have enough towels, blankets, or pillows, and the front desk was not helpful. When we arrived at 1:30am (after waiting an HOUR at the airport for the "free shuttle", the two men working at the front desk were very unfriendly! Check-in took forever, and when we asked how to get to our room, they pointed up some stairs. Seriously, we have our checked baggage, carry-ons, and personal items. I asked for an elevator, and they just pointed around the corner. There was no water to buy in the place.......they told us just to get pop. We just wanted some water before going to bed. The ONLY good thing was the free breakfast.......which was nice before heading to the airport. Overall, would not recommend, and would never stay here again.

You get what you pay for at this hotel. I like Sleep Inns because most properties have a walk-in shower instead of a half shower-half bath. I had a good sleep yet this property IS in the path of the Dallas Airport. But I did not hear the airplanes at night. What I DID HEAR was the constant running up and down in the hallways of children because the walls are pretty thin. And there was a BAD stench coming up from the drainpipe in the shower when the shower was turned on. However it did not stink before the water was started. Water pressure was almost non-existent in the shower. The hotel is in need of a renovation but who knows when that will occur. Breakfast included waffles, bagels, toast, juices, oatmeal, fruit, hard boiled eggs, and danish. Be aware that this property is almost on the DFW land and there are no good restaurants or fast food places within walking distance. Wireless internet is an 11 GBit per second network instead of a 54 GB network. Hotel provides a 24 hour shuttle but you must sign up for the morning shuttle from the night before.

Hotel is a half block south of Beltline Road, Addison Texas. Resturant row Addison style is on Beltline Road. Many places to eat, drink and watch games. Hotel staff was attentive. Had two rooms, one had issues with the air conditioner/heat knob, the other room was fine. Not fancy, but was clean. Only two floors so, easy access to each with stairs and elevator. Try to stay on the second floor given a choice. Free WIFI worked fine.
