I wish we had been able to stay in Dallas more than one night. This hotel was perfect. The rooms were done beautifully. The beds were comfortable. We loved the pool and lounge area which was also recently redone. It was a bit chilly outside so they had a gas fireplace going. We loved the food and drinks at the...

The Adolphus was being renovated during our stay (4 days). She is a lovely hotel, and I would love to see the renovations completed - that said the building work didn't really impact on us. The lifts were working, and there was no noise. The staff are friendly and helpful (perhaps too helpful at times as there are often many...

I have stayed here before and had a first rate experience. This time, not so much. Although our room was very nice and clean, the hotel is undergoing renovations and there are currently very limited social areas in which to lounge or hang out with friends. In addition, upon check-in, we were told someone would bring our luggage right up...

Had a family reunion to attend. My boyfriend and I stayed at The Adolphus for 2days. Amazing how a hotel can stay open through such drastic renovations. We had some issues getting hot water. The elevators gave us issues as well. But the customer service was great! Shadnita and Eva were great. They were always there to help and answer...

What happened to the circle drive? It is so unsafe the way valet is set up. Mario was very nice and knowlegable. Upon checking into the hotel I was greeted a young lady who had such a big pretty smile. She had a very unique name. Sanita if I'm not mistaken. During check in she was little hard to hear...

First, every employee we met was friendly and helpful, so the problem does not lie with the people. (However, I think that the maids need to have at least small command of the English language. Ours did not speak English and I do not speak Spanish. We tried to communicate with each other, but it was difficult.) We have been...

This was my first stay at the Adolphus and I am inclined to stay here for my next visit to Dallas. Having flown into Love Field, this hotel was a quick Uber ride away (~$13) and is conveniently located downtown within walking distance of Dealey Plaza. For an older hotel, the room was quite spacious with a large and updated...

This is a beautiful hotel, and yes they were doing renovations, but the service made up for that! Every staff member went out of their way and one in particular was outstanding (Charleston Howard). He went out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful time. The spa was beautiful and the beds so comfortable. I love it...

I stayed here 3 nights for a conference. The building is beautiful. There is practically no lobby to speak of right now because of the renovations. Most of it is curtained off.My room, 404, was spacious and clean. It did have a post right in the middle which was weird. I was afraid of walking into it during the night. I...
