If you love comfort and a very homey feel but want an exclusive remote experience in a sub-Arctic environment, Nanuk is perfect! The managers/hosts and guides are very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions or just to discuss northern life. Having them join guests at the shared tables during meals contributes to a relaxed, open feeling. The kitchen and...

If your idea of a dream holiday is seeing Polar Bears up close and natural, being treated more like old friends than paying guests by caring attentive staff, eating great food and being in good company, then you have to look no further than Nanuk. I'd love to single out a particular aspect of staff member for special note, but...

Loved Kayaking with all the Belugas in Churchill. We were well fed and the food was very good. Weather the first couple of days at the lodge was not very...

Nolan and his staff are wonderful and sincere. It is clear they go above and beyond to make your experience the best...

The chef was more than talented, and the staff from newest recruits to old hands super attentive..... my favourite thing about the Lodge the smell of resin in the wood of the building, just gorgeous.... with hot burners at each end of the building... really a 5 star experience in the middle of absolute wilderness....

Upon arrival the first bear was clearly insight sitting on the runway. Bear were plentiful healthy and beautiful. Guides were excellent, knowledgeable and personable (fun). Food was delicious, varied, unique and well planned. Staff was excellent in all departments. Rooms were clean well stocked with all sundries you could need, so don't pack heavy in that department. Save your space...

My husband and I did the "Arctic Discovery" at the Nanuk Polar Bear Lodge and loved it on all levels! Not really sure where to start so let's go with the amazing team first. The crew is fantastic! Everything, from booking process, pick-ups, flights, meals, tours in Churchill, etc., is perfectly planned (thanks Doreen and Courtney!). The team at the...

I recently returned from Nanuk Polar Bear Lodge. My thoughts are still consumed with all the amazing adventures we experienced. Incredible people, wonderful staff, beautiful beluga whales, polar bears and wolves. It was one of the most memorable and enjoyable vacations of my life. I cannot say enough about the 5 star experience in dealing with Churchill Wild. These people...
