We had a great time, beautiful location and a fun hospitable spot. We have a 8yo and 4 yo and Bunkie #9 was perfect. We saw deer and enjoyed being in nature. The owner was super friendly and showed us around. Highly recommend!

I loved this little slice of peace and tranquility for my 2 night stay in Comfort. Each detail was thoughtfully considered from the decor to the bath products. I love this modern, slightly rustic look. The bed was heavenly. I sat outside and had wine with some new friends at the

Our first visit to Comfort but definitely not the last! Loved the accommodations here at Camp Comfort - everything was perfect - my only regret was that our schedule only allowed us to stay one night. Enjoyed sitting out in the courtyard under the stars and drinking morning

I stayed at Camp Comfort while in town for a wedding. Everything was great. The property is clean, well kept, and comfortable. And even though there were other people around, it was quiet. I don't think you could find a better spot in this part of Texas. I will definitely

Does anyone know if they have wheelchair ramps?
Great question! I'm sorry, we don't have wheelchair ramps. We have quite a few stairs. Most rooms and cabins have several steps up to the entrance. Our property is historic and was built in 1860, all buildings are original and we do not have ramps or rails. We also have stairs to the Cypress Creek and uneven ground.

"pick a cabin facing the creek"
"#6 is a private cabin with creek view, and upper loft with twin beds. Great for families with older children."
"Airstream's bed is only FULL size. We found it totally comfortable for us, even tho we own a King. If you are tall, try a suite or cabin."
"Most rooms face an open courtyard, but the larger two rooms have river views."
"Cabin 5 and 6 have front porches looking out over the creek."
