I have not stayed here in several years but I can tell you about 7-8 years ago this location was a Red Roof Inn. Do not know if it's under same management or not. Back then the rooms were standard Red Roof quality, very clean and up-to-date. Hopefully current management has kept the quality up, as the new DART light rail line has gone in near this location and I'm thinking about staying here again.

Very quiet and quite peaceful stay. I have been staying here for three weeks now looking for permanent housing and the full size refrigerator and stove have been a very nice thing to have when staying for weeks at a time. The only real issue i have had have been treatment from only a select few employees as they didnt want to help me with anything each time i have seen them. for example there is only one washer and one dryer on the facilities which is simply rediciulous in todays times and the fact that craigslist dfw there must be 2-3 working yet free ones given away each day.. No swimming pool is terrible in texas but overall i would recommend it, especially if a few of the workers here learn that they are hear to appeae the guest \, not visa versa. Kevin. H.A few

I would rather have dealt with Choice brand hotels than to mess with this dump, but it was close to the spa and cheaper than others in the area. This place was so bad, I took a video of the room when we got in there and it is on youtube if you want to see it. We stayed 2 nights midweek for $114 and expected better than the rundown place we ended up in. When you check in, they want to see and make copies of everyone's ID who will be in the room, regardless of who is on the reservation. They have all parties sign a separate form with vehicle information on it. I said 1 curse word and the guy tells me if we don't like it we can stay somewhere else. I told him No we wouldn't be leaving them with a free $114 and paying another place on top of that. Their policy is that if you don't cancel 2 days before, you still pay full price for the room. He then tells us we need to grab a remote off the counter where 3 sat. He gave us 1 room key and I said if y'all needed both ID's, we need 2 keys. He gave us another, told us the room number but no directions to it. We found it on the second floor and took our things up. This room was a complete joke! The lighting was poor and you could see all the patches in the walls from the previous stuff they took out. It looked like a trolley track was running through the ceiling. Each was about an inch deep, an inch wide, and ran through the whole ceiling! There were no lamps, and no clock or alarm of any type. No coffee pot, but a big thermos in the office. There was no DND sign and it was apparent that no rooms had them as people had been making and taping their own signs to the doors and windows. Behind the door was a big body shaped hole that hadn't been patched. There was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion. Just 3 little bars of soap. 2 wash cloths, 1 hand towel. The towel bar was in the bathroom, on the floor next to the toilet and plunger! The 2 bath towels were folded up and placed on top of the toilet tank, with a bar of soap and a roll of tissue. Tissue was in the bathroom doorstop. There was stuff under the bed. No kleenex. The 4 dollar store cups were stacked, unwrapped. The phone was plugged into the wall, but not the phone itself. The wifi was crappy. There was thick plastic on the uncomfortable bed. There were stains all over the carpet, curtain, and chairs. There was no decore at all. The drawers on the dresser were broken and off track. There were no hangers or a laundry bag. There was 1 trash can instead of 2, and no blow dryer. The sockets were few and loose. The housekeepers spoke no English, and were bringing up towels and other stuff in shopping carts!! The cable was mostly local channels, a half dozen or more Spanish channels, A bunch of sports, and about a dozen or less channels like disney, travel, mtv, and a few others. Nothing too exciting though. The office smelled awful the morning we checked out. I can't even begin to describe the smell. I did tell them that the hole behind the door was there when we got there and I have video proof. They just said, Okay.

They refuse service to those with service dogs. Legal papers don't matter. The ADA is a law that protects people with service dogs these people still refuse to honor that. They humiliate you when you ask for fresh batteries for the remote that is defective to begin with. They over charge you for the room infested with spiders roaches and mosquitoes. They will treat you with disrespect at any opportunity they see. They will lock you out of your room holding your belongings hostage despite agreements made on payment which would be in full two hours after check out. Then will refuse to take the full payment once you have it after having waited hours racing to find somewhere to pee til you could pay them another form of humiliation and abuse. They then kick you out and say you weren't paying them (but you paid them?) they claim you broke the tv and now you still can't get your things you owe them 200+ for a tv that had a small defect in the screen from day 1 and they challenge you when you state the law and tell them you're calling the police to make a report against them. Whom still haven't shown up. Do not waste your money here. This place can't even provide logs on the rooms condition after someone leaves so it gives them leeway to charge at will. they can't provide a working washer and dryer they over charge on the rooms, the vending machines and they treat you like crud. This was a nightmare. Spare yourselves the trouble. Worst place I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They are going to be shut down for this single case alone. Shouldn't mistreat your customers you never know who knows the right people that made it their careers to protect people like me from people like you.

lets start with saying I have stayed or tried to stay here 6 or more times. They always say the internet is down. some rooms have micro and fridge and you are lucky if they work. sometimes I just walk out without renting a room. but the room I have today totally sucks...no micro and tv does not even work. $60 for this? only one guy in the office can speak English the others speak indian. They told me to use the micro in the machine room and that is broken too along with the busted dryer.
for $5 more I could have stayed at a good hotel
