Disgusting bathroom, run down, dirty. Husband got bit two nights in a row in bed!! I made the mistake to take all the bedding off and look under the bed......Mattress pad looked like it was never washed. Mattresses were horribly cheap, worn and squeaked badly. TV didn't work, sheets and towels were a mishmash from what appeared to be Goodwill....

This is a very beautiful location. We went for a wedding. The cabin was decent size and very clean. It could use some renovations. The bathrooms are very tiny and the toilet in the master was at a weird angle. You had to back in to use it. The stairs are definitely too steep. Would I come back again? ABSOLUTELY!...

We had our wedding here. My mother and I stayed the night before in one of their larger cabins. It was very roomy. There was enough beds everywhere. It was super serene and quiet. The staff is so wonderful. They allowed a late check out for us and early check-in to our next room. Location is well kept. There are...

3 adults and one child stayed the night in one of the cabins. It was plenty roomy enough with our own privacy. The kitchen was set up with dishes, dish soap, etc. The bathroom in the downstairs bedroom was a bit uncomfortable with not much leg room to sit but everything else was perfect. The downstairs has two futons plus...

This was the perfect venue for the wedding because of the close location for our family and friends to attend. It is nestled between Austin and San Antonio. We were very pleased with the Outback Hall and the décor around the area. It was perfect for a rustic outdoor wedding and even had a view of Canyon Lake for wedding...

The grounds are lovely and well kept, we had tons of compliments from our guests about how beautiful everything was. Our wedding was rustic chic and this...

The cabins worked just fine for the four of us. The front office at check in and during our stay were very nice and accommodating. There were several other family members staying in various cabins and all within a short walk. The small pool is clean and perfect for a cool off dip. The room is clean and the small...

Private and quiet. We stayed the week of memorial day. the cabins were not what i expected. i guess the pictures on the internet were a little misleading, but honest. we had a cabin in the back. the view is great at the pavilion. no cable. as a base of operations around san antonio and new braunfels it was great....

This place has more of the feel of a camp than a hotel. With cabins and cottages circled around common areas, it was more about what was outside than what was inside. The rooms were adequate - nothing special here: noisy AC, squeaky bed, bland dated furnishings. If that was all, you'd be disappointed. But the best part are the...

We ended up leaving after the first day! At check-in, the man was very friendly, but the lady was rude and seemed cranky! Next step, open the door to the cabin and a strong odor of dirty mop mixed with pine-sol about knocked me out. The cabin was very unclean, hair, built up dust and dirt, pet hair etc..., I...

“We stayed in one of the front cabins with was one of the larger cabins but the “outback” cabins in the back looked like it had all the amenity’s with playground, pool, spa, etc”

“If you want to be near the pool and/or volleyball court, stay in the back. It's just a short walk from from the front to back, but if you spend a lot of time at the pool you'll want to be in the back.”

“I stayed in one of the smaller cabins with my 2 pre-teen daughters. We had more than enough room with 2 large beds and a rather decent sized bathroom. We had a tv which we never used because our days were so full we had no time. Also an unexpected but pleasant surprise was that our room was equipped with real cups, plates and silverware. Its those small personal details that create a homelike environment!”
