We went to this RV park to check it out before we took the RV. It is not hard to get to. The RV sites are cement and level. We really take the RV to fish and found that about 1/2 dozen sites are near the water. Site 14 and 16 are within a few steps of the water. Site...

It was a great park. Lots of really good hiking trails. Great for families. Saturday night at 2am some idiot shot off six pistol rounds. The cop came and looked around but the culprit had disappeared. Not the fault of the park....but worried up nonetheless. We absolutely would recommend and go back.

We stayed here recently in a motor home. We loved this park. Each site was secluded and had a picnic table, fire ring and grill. There was no burn so we were able to have awesome camp fires. We enjoyed the different trails and hope to rent canoes the next time. We will definitely be back. We have a 40...

I really liked this entire park! For many reasons... We stayed in one of the mini-cabins right on the water. I loved them! They were perfect and exactly what my husband and I needed, even though it could easily sleep 5. We were very impressed with the craftsmenship of the entire cabin, sidewalks, picnic table and grill area. The cabin...

We stayed here in early October 2016 and 11/10-11/14/16,and have stayed here several times since 2013. Love this park, husband loves the park for the good fishing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Most sites are large, some are very small. The way I describe this park, you either have a really good site, or a really bad one...

Very nice park about 2 miles outside of Bastrop. Sites are concrete and well maintained most are level but a few have some slop to them which could make leveling hard. My biggest problem was I had to pay an additional $14.00 for my son and grandson to come out for a 1 1/2 hour visit. I will stay at...

We love this park, the lake, trees, fishing and canoeing and lake swimming. Large sites and clean bathrooms. This is our 2nd time here and we will be back. Great family vacation spot. We don't have a boat but wish we did but you can fish from the docks but you do need a license.

We have stayed here 3 times over the last couple of years. This last summer we swam in the swimming area and my daughter loved it. We spent hours there. They have a sandy area for the kids to play in along with swings, tether ball, volleyball court. The park is always kept and the bathrooms are generally clean and...

The lake was gross. Terrible seaweed everywhere. Game warden was bad.. Stopping people for no reason. They lock the gates at 10pm, which is fine if its just the front gate, but no, it was every single gate to each camping section. Not fun when your friends/ family are on the other side. Bathrooms were not close enough to the...

“If renting a cabin, the Osprey cabins are closer to everything so you don't have to drive, but not close to the bathroom. The waterfront cabins are nice and close to the bathrooms Very important in the middle of the night.”
