Does anyone include their pet on the daily walks? Any hiking? I am thinking of bringing my little dog and staying in one of the pet-friendly cabins.

Pets are not included on the organized walks. The organized walk is a one hour power walk, so it would be frustrating to have dogs included (both for the walkers and the dogs, who would want to smell, potty, check out other dogs, etc. along the way). There are different routes used for the daily walks, so you could certainly take your dog for a walk on your own, outside the group walk. It is a beautiful property with lots of options for hiking.
