Wanting to stay on the quiet side of the Smoky Mountains, this is your place. This campground has all the amenities that you could ask for in a campground. Our site had a patio and stone fire ring. The site edge was mulched and well landscaped. The camp offers a nice playground and pool. If you need supplies they have...

I would recommend staying here! Very nice patio at our RV site with table & chairs & a fire pit. Very nice private shower rooms, very clean & friendly. Pet friendly too. Delicious fudge, ice cream & donut shop!

We made reservations on line several weeks prior to our stay. We have been KOA members for a long time and have never been treated at any KOA the way we were treated our LAST stay. Per our reservation, we have a 35 foot motorhome which one of the staff insisted was longer. Why? Because it would not fit in...

This KOA was spotless! The check in process was as smooth as it gets. We were met and then guided directly to our site. Payment was not expected until after we were set up. This small convenience should be used in more campgrounds. The pool was clean and a reasonable temperature. The Children's playground Shipwrecked was amazing. Fun for all...

We absolutely love this KOA in Townsend, TN. We only live 45 minutes away, but while here, we feel so at peace & away from it all. The staff are so nice & helpful. Our Grandson (CB) loves the hayrides they provide, the tie dye events, the playground, pool, and floating in the river. Daisy the manager does an excellent...

Great place. Wonderful staff and we had an awesome little cabin by the river. They even deliver firewood. Cabin had everything we forgot. Gas grill, fire pit, toaster, AC and a bathroom with shower. We will be back.

We have camped here in the exact same spots on the Little River for 22 years! We come back because we love the peaceful, quiet atmosphere that the Chipperfields (owners) have maintained and for their awesome customer service! This year, their staff went above and beyond with their friendly, helpful attitudes, moving tables for our large group, responding quickly when...

We were camping in our travel trailer with kids and dogs and had a great time! We were here in June and decided to plan another trip and meet my brother and his family here too! Campground is beautiful - right on a tubing River. Staff is awesome - helped us to the campsite and asked if we needed anything....

We've been in the KOA campground/Townsend for years and you couldn't ask for a better ran place. We are right at home and feel secure letting our kids explore the outdoors here. The staff knows what you need before you even do. Top notch!

This KOA is very clean and has a friendly staff. We stayed right next to the river which I highly recommend if possible. The bathrooms and showers were clean and well kept. If ice or wood were needed the staff would always drive those items to your campsite. The KOA adjoins the river so if you float the Little River...
