By far the worst hotel I have stayed in, in this area. The wifi SUCKS out loud. VERY inconsistant. Room is large, king. One office chair of poor quality. Beds not bad, but not good. I wish I had spent a little more money and gone with my stand by, Hoilday Inn Express. If you want something cheap and semi...

We booked this room for our 9 year wedding anniversary. We only stayed one night. It was wonderful. The place was clean. Everything worked. Nice people. Beautiful view from balcony. Will be back most definetly.

I know the old saying you get what you pay for is true, especially when it comes to finding a hotel for 69.00 a night, or whatever ridiculously low amount I paid... Here is what i liked about the hotel, the room had a back door that looked out over some moving water and a horse farm. there were ducks...

After reading some reviews from other sights, we were skeptical about staying here but everything in Pigeon Forge was either out of our budget or booked solid. We thought we would give it a try and happy we did. The rooms are quite large and for the most part... clean(just a little dust and dirt here and there) mostly in...

We got a room with a jacuzzi tub. To begin with, we had no real complaints. The tub had a broken jet which seemed to be a small hazard with jagged edge but otherwise worked fine. The bed was soft and clean. There was a small bug in the bathroom. No extras but sufficient. No breakfast. Functional room.

Bed was very comfortable. Room could us some updating. Location was perfect for our trip. Had to ask for towels, wash clothes and toilet paper. The wi-fi went out and no one that worked there seemed to care or make effort to solve issue. They were to busy with their family get together in the office lobby. The view of...

The staff was very nice. The room was clean. The motel was undergoing renovations and the door jam was broken. The lady at front desk said she take care of it when I notified them.. Nice place to stay.

This hotel does not provide Internet when I asked front desk, staff told that they don't use it so they don't know why it does not work, wow What a way to talk to their customers! Apart from this, this hotel is on the road side, don't know much because I have to stay for one night only!

Room itself was nice however we stayed 2 nights and there was no housekeeping service done and we placed the sign on the door handle requesting housekeeping service. The room was very noisy because you are on a major parkway. The rooms need soundproofing.

This isn't a 5 star hotel but it gets 5 stars from me. I got a king room with nice laminate floors and a very comfy bed. The room is clean and its pretty dang big for a hotel room. The price was amazing and it has everything you need, a fridge, microwave, and tv. It even has a back...
