This was our first experience with a B&B. We have stayed in many four star hotels and this elegant and cozy Inn has exceded all of them. The best service, great food, excellent amenities. We wanted a quiet, peaceful, beautiful location and this B&B met all of our expectations. It is very close to Dollywood, Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountain...

We have stayed at many B&B and inns during the past twenty (20) years and Berry Springs rates at the top of our list. Patrick is an excellent host, Sue is an excellent cook, and the inn is emaculate. We would highly recommend Berry Springs to anyone!!

This is a MUST for any B&B enthusiast. As I read down through the previous reviews, I do not think I can add much that has not already been mentioned. As you read through these reviews, you will quickly understand why this B&B has consistently been rated the Number One B&B in Tennessee time and time again. It is more...

We had a wonderful time at the Berry Springs Lodge. We loved everything about the Inn. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony with a view of the Smoky Mountains. Breakfast was delicious, too, and I'm sure the desserts at night were very good, too, but we were always too...

My fiancee randomly found this lodge online when he typed in places to elope. We instantly fell in love with the photos shown on their website and took a chance and booked a weekend there for our wedding. We were not disappointed when we arrived...it was even more beautiful and enjoyable than we had anticipated! We had terrific views of...

We are so glad to have stayed at such a beautiful and comfortable B&B. The owners Patrick and Sue could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The room was wonderful, clean and decorated beautifully. The grounds were also beautiful and so much fun to explore. We will definitely be telling all our friends about it.

My husband and I enjoyed an all too short 3-night stay at Berry Springs Lodge following a conference I had attended in Nashville. I cannot imagine a better bed and breakfast-style retreat in which to rest and renew than the lodge. Its peaceful and beautiful mountain top setting seems light years away from the Nashville nightlife and the now over-commericalized...

Patrick and Sue have created the most beautiful Inn we have been to. Needed to get away from the stress at home and that's just what we got. Wonderful scenery, delicious breakfast, quiet and calm. Gatlinberg Municiple Golf Course (10 minutes away) was such fun to play! I would highly recommend this get-away to anyone.

Patrick and Sue thought of everything! You couldn't ask for a better place in the Smokey Mountains to stay and be pampered! You are close enough to all shows and great eating places, but far enough out in the beautiful country side for peace and quiet. We would highly recommend anyone to stay at Berry Springs Lodge! By the way...

Berry Springs Lodge is NOW our favorite travel location. Beautiful view, wonderful service, quiet location, relaxing, wonderful breakfasts all add up to Number #1 in our book! We found ourselves excited to get back to the Lodge after a day of sightseeing, to see what the nightly dessert was.
