Just returned home from our first Wilderness at the Smokies stay. We will be back. This resort has everything and it's set up in such a way you don't have to leave the resort if you dont want to because everything imaginable is conveniently at arms reach. My favorite though I must say is the amount of lifeguards they have...

Our room was part of the Wyndham Resort. They made you feel like first class all the way. We stayed for 5 nights. Our 2 kids (9 and 13) had a blast. The oldest was ready for something else after the 3rd day...I wouldn't suggest going for a full week with older kids but we kept them busy. Went to...

We stayed here for 2 days and 1 night. There is 2 outdoor parks and 1 indoor park. One outdoor park is located across the street and you can get a shuttle over there or stay in the building over there. We did not stay there or visit that park. We stayed in the bunk room in the river lodge...

My family and I stayed a night here and we loved it. The waterparks are a blast and great for kids and adults. The resort is a little pricey, but it's a resort, so that is expected. If you check in early and then stay in the waterpark areas after check out, you will get your money's worth! Pros -...

Cleanliness is extremely important to me when staying away from home. Our fully equipped kitchen required NO follow-up cleaning. All dishes and appliances were dust free and sparkly clean, rooms and hallways were well air conditioned and had a light, pleasant fragrance. All bathrooms were clean and we had more than enough towels and washcloths. They ask that you calm...

I give them a five star! I am very picky. We stayed in a one bedroom delux right next to the indoor water park. Our room was exceptionally clean. Beautifully decorated. Not one problem with anything. Loved the indoor water park. The outdoor was closed. Very knowledgeable staff and accommodating not only to this resort but of other things in...

When we visited two years ago, we had a nice enough time, and thought the bug infested deck chair was an aberration. This year, however, I was embarrassed to have "treated" my family to this money pit. They have reconfigured the area so that you cannot access the indoor water features without going through a large arcade. Do you know...

This was our first time coming to the Wilderness at the Smokies. My kids and I had a great time. Lots of things for us to do. The food was a little pricey but you can always leave the property and go to nearby Pigeon Forge to save some money. The room was clean. The only complaint was the sleeper...
