Came south from Ohio to camp In the park, only to find all spots were full. Stopped at the Green valley motel because the sign said "American owned" . Needs some updating but we had a large room and it was clean. Great location to area attractions and the staff was great.

The light or plug in by the sink didn't work and all we heard while trying to rest or sleep was "slow down, slow down" from the go cart track right out the door which was open late. The good part was the ramps instead of stairs

Under rated. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Nice central location, only 10 minutes to Gatlinburg, 5 to the Island. Many food choices and shops to visit in the area. The staff was incredibly friendly.

By far the worst place I've ever stayed in this area. I assumed from the pictures online that it would be a little outdated but not nasty. The sheets and towels were dingy. The floors had stains and crumbs. The bathroom light and some in the main area didn't work. Smelled musty and like an old ashtray. Mattress was stained....

I read the bad reviews and came to this hotel with an open mind. only reason I didn't give it a 1 was because the staff was really nice and totally accommodating when we decided to leave early. We brought our dog who immediately started flipping out as soon as we got into the room. Not sure if it was...

Older place, but clean. Unfortunately we had a 3rd floor room, so it was hard getting my mom to the room since she has COPD and is on oxygen. Very spacey room to be an older motel. Had coffee pot, microwave and mini fridge in room which was handy. Front staff was very friendly.

my husband and I planned a quick weekend getaway to pigeon forge and needed a place to stay on a budget. I was slightly concerned about this hotel after reading some of the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was dated somewhat, but everything was clean and stocked. there were plenty of towels also. the personnel were very friendly....

We had not planned this trip out so I just got a hotel. I will never stay here again, room was really nasty stuff falling apart, mold food in microwave, and the coffee pot shot sparks out of the wall when we tried to us it. They did not say sorry or try to make things better when we left...

Don't stay here !!!! This place is disgusting ! Really wish I would have done my research beforehand ... everything about this place was filthy! Should be condemned !! We went during fall break so was impossible to find another room, no vacancies anywhere, so we had to stay... so disappointed !

Ventured from our usual place to stay. Huge mistake!!! Place is outdated & very poorly taken care of. Room was not the cleanest I've ever seen. Bathtub had hair in it. Great price but you definitely get what you pay for.

“Room had a smoky smell, due solely to the age of the establishment. Perhaps changing the carpet would help and the curtains. Update to the basin would be a nice upgrade as well and lighting. I would recommend that you also provide more than one roll of toilet paper.”

“Ask for the back side that faces the river and make sure the pool is open, may be filled but they have a lock on it. Shame”
