Strongly recommend this place!!! I'm a room attendant at a very large resort and travel frequently for fun and this hotel is outstanding. The hospitality is over the top, great southern breakfast, rooms are very clean, location is perfect, rates were very affordable. This is our new go to when in this area, we look forward to returning. Thank you to all staff, y'all do an outstanding job

What a shame, this place used to be one of the cleanest and most affordable places. It was even on TripAdvisor’s top 10 at one time. I don’t know if the owners sold or if they have new management. Whatever it is they are not doing their job. Please clean! And clean the indoor pool! This was always our go to motel. Especially when we wanted to stay a while. No more. Whoever owns this get off your butt and do your job. It’s not because of the virus because it was going downhill before that. It’s sad we lost our favorite motel.

Will not be staying at this hotel again, took awhile to get checked in. The hallway and room smells like mold, beds are hard, the parking is horrible when we go out in the evening and come back can’t ever find a parking spot. The internet does not load anything, I’ve had to use my data the whole time I’ve been at the hotel. Not sure how they go about cleaning the rooms but never cleaned ours or even brought towels/rags, clean bedding or even asked if we needed anything. Most definitely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Don’t recommend!! I thought $333 for 3 nights was a good deal but I promise you it’s not worth it.

I will start with the good - the bed was really comfortable, and the staff was very nice and friendly. And that's where it ends. I am not real picky. I have stayed in my share of $50-$60/night hotel rooms. However, this is the first time I've ever had critters (cockroaches) for roommates, and it was $150/night. The hotel is walkable distance to some of the "Vegas strip" attractions. And I should preface by saying that if I never spend time in Pigeon Forge again, I will be happier for it. However, the room I was in did not even allow me to open my curtains, because it was ground level (2nd floor because it's built on a hill), overlooking the pool. By "overlooking", I mean that someone could smash the window and walk into my room. Some folks were smoking weed outside my window, and the AC was sucking the smoke into my room - awesome. The front desk clerk did kindly ask them to move. But the most aggravating thing about the hotel (and most parts of Pigeon Forge) was that there was not good enough cell reception to hold a call, or sometimes to even send a text, never mind GPS functions. They do have Wifi, but I didn't have enough of a signal to connect to it (really?). (I have Verizon, for anyone interested.) I would never stay here again. I did find that there were always 4 bars at the $300+/night hotels - maybe that's the difference.

The carpet in the room and in the hallway was filthy room, wear shoes when walking around in room. We had 3 people and got three towels and 2 wash cloths, No cups for coffee , one coffee pod for three people, door to the balcony would not open, no phone in room to call front desk, The room apparently was not vacuumed as we found a kleenex and a childs sox under the edge of the bed, and there was insulation on the bathroom floor, the faucet in the tub was malfunctioning you either get scalding water or cold. There were no bedspreads on the bed just sheets. I would not stay here again, or recommend it to anyone. After I reported the problems to the desk clerk they were fixed but everything should have been right when I checked into the room..Apparently there is no quality control people to check the rooms.
