I have stayed at Riverside several times. Usually take my mother for several days to shop for Christmas in Nov or Dec. Love the divided 2 room suites, comes in handy since she goes to bed earlier than I do. My favorite rooms are the ones with balcony. Rooms near elevators can be noisy early in the morning. Although the...

Planned a last minute trip to Pigeon Forge and the places we usually stay were either booked up or higher rates than usual. A family member recommended Riverside Towers so I decided to check it out. The rate was very reasonable so I booked for one night. It is what most people would consider "outdated" but I'm ok with that...

The hotel is clean..but really really outdated. Very old furniture and assecories. If they would update it im sure would could be better. Decent location for walking ..parking is rough. I would recommend security cameras in the parking garage. Seems a littlw sketchy.

As our cabin we had rented burned in the Gatlinburg fires, we scrambled to find a 2BR at a decent price and ran across Riverside Towers. We were more than pleased with the motel. Our room overlooked River Road and the Old Mill Restaurant/Patriot Park. It is in a very good location, a quick walk to some great shops and...

Granted it is an older hotel but we have stayed there twice in the last year and both times the room we had were always clean. Friendly staff. Will stay again. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Seems to be family owned and operated

We have stayed at Riverside Tower on several occasions. The two bedroom suite is very comfortable with kids or another couple. The King Suite is perfect for a romantic getaway as well. I am pretty picky when traveling. This place is always clean and decorated nicely. Smells amazing too. Great rates and friendly staff. I would recommend to families or...

This is our second stay at riverside towers. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Our car broke down and we made it back to the motel with it. While we were working on it in the parking lot the maintenance man came out with tools and offered to help. Will b staying here again in near future

I stayed here December 11-13th for a little getaway out of town. I've stayed here a few times and they don't disappoint. I hadn't stayed here in about a year so figured I'd do an updated review. As usual, the single king room with jacuzzi tub was very roomy and clean. Good water pressure, safe and quiet. It was cold...

This was our first time staying here. We will stay again for sure. We had 7 in our family and need 2 rooms. We shared the balcony so we could still be together. The way the rooms are laid out it is nice. 2 bedrooms with the bathroom in the middle. We ask for the Old Mill side and it...

This hotel has family suites where there are 2 separate bedrooms with a bathroom between as the divider. The kitchenette is handy and great views from every room in the place. I have stayed here annually for the last 15 years for this reason. Easy to get in and out of using Teaster Lane. Very reasonably priced, which is likely...
