Older resort but lots of nice amenities. Very close to Pigeon Forge off of Veterans Blvd. walked to Old Mill several times! No laundry in units, but available. Clean and kept up nicely. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

This is our go to no thrills just great service and reliable comfort place. As always our room was clean, we were treated like family and enjoyed the various area attractions that come to the resort to display and advertise their shows on Mondays.

This resort is older and doesn't have all the bells and whistles you would get at a more upscale resort but it is well maintained and provides everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We stayed in building 700 and had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite with a living room and...

I am a time share owner at this resort since 1983. This is an older resort but they constantly keep all the facilities, furniture, and appliances updated, and it is like staying in a new resort. The maintenance and cleaning crew are to be commended for their excellent work. The units are always spotless and the check-in clerks are always...

Traveling home, we stayed for 5 days at Oakmont. Although it rained there ever day, we were able to go out and about in the Gatlinburg area, doing some shopping and recharging after 4 previous weeks on the road. Oakmont was a very comfortable place and the employees were all very hospitable and friendly. Rooms were clean and cozy and...

I was very pleased with my stay at Oakmont Resort. The unit I was in was a bit dated and was told it was one that had not been remodeled yet, but very clean and comfortable. The office, cleaning, and laundry staff were top notch and the best I have found anywhere. It is very close to Dollywood and the...

This place is in a great location, it is very near Old Mill Square, Dixie Stampede and Dollywood. The grounds were very well maintained. The condo was very clean and the staff was friendly. There is a very nice play area in the back for the kids. The views are ok from the grounds, not necessarily from the rooms. The...

We stayed here in October in a one bedroom. Unit was clean, the living room and dining room had new furniture. Please be advised we were told by an employee that some units do not have new furniture, and were really in need of having the furniture replaced. The kitchen is the smallest I have ever had in a unit,...

Nothing fancy, fairly quiet, a little outdated. It suites the purpose. Kitchen is really really small. They could have spent a few extra bucks on balconies, especially with the view of the mountains. Don't be fooled thought, this is in the heart of pigeon forge, the entire place is a tourist trap. Staff members Bill and Shawn were great, the...
