The hotel was very clean and well maintained. It had a large common area in the lobby, the sky deck (which I thoroughly enjoyed with a good book), pools, and friendly staff. Breakfast was sufficient, and I felt the area was well cleaned throughout the morning rush. The room is “bare” compared to most hotels. It didn’t have a lot or microwave, but it did have nice cold AC, comfortable bedding, great water pressure, and fast WiFi. The rooms did echo because of how “bare” the room felt, but that wasn’t an issue at all. I was very pleased with my stay, and appreciate how pedestrian friendly the hotel is to the Island.

Hotel's Favourite
Relatively new hotel and very nice. HOT breakfast bar with eggs and sausage and a pancake machine. One of the best breakfast bars that we have seen in the last two years. Walls did seem a bit thin, but generally the hotel was quiet. My only complaints were (1) little flexibility on late checkout even though we are Hilton Gold. Our checkout time was extended from 11:00 am to noon and that was not much help. (2). Unable to choose a room on the Hilton app although we tried multiple times. Generally, however, we were pleased.

Great hotel. Seating areas. 24 hour coffee. Pools. Nice room. Breakfast. But was told I would have to park across the street and walk to hotel. Parking was full. That alone will have me delete the Hilton app and never stay with them again.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, grayghostky. We are very glad you enjoyed our fun, clean hotel and amenities located right across from the LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge. We do apologize for the miscommunication regarding parking. Our lot allows for 1 space per room, therefore any additional parking is the responsibility of the guest. We do offer overflow parking at our sister location, however when multiple guests do not obey our regulations, this leaves other guests displaced with nowhere to leave their vehicle. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience, and wish you safe travels.

Loved the location of the Hotel…the view was great, especially from the roof top. Accessibility to everything was simple. The Hotel was quiet and peaceful and had a nice indoor pool as well as a shared outdoor pool with Home 2 right next door.

This was by far the worst Hilton we have stayed at and we have stayed at a lot of Hilton's over the years. The room was dirty and smelled of dog urine upon check-in. Also, the door to the room had about a 2 inch gap underneath the door so there was zero privacy in this room. The room was right next to the mechanical room and the employee break room which was loud all day and night. The ice maker was also very close to the room and noisy all throughout the day and night, keeping us awake. This was hands down the dirtiest, most disgusting Hilton room I have ever stayed in and was unable to get any sleep during our stay because of the noise from the staff at this hotel.
