The hotel was exactly what we expected from a Renaissance. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and it's conveniently located however The Bridge exceeded our expectations. All staff members were attentive to our needs but Nolan by far exceeded our expectations. His customer service skills are top notch! Thanks for a great visit Renaissance, you've got a great employee...

I start all of my reviews with the same disclaimer: I dislike all hotels, regardless of rating. I am a germaphobe, and I especially don’t enjoy sleeping in other beds that have been used by hundreds, if not thousands, of other people before me. With that said, I realize that hotels are in my life forever – particularly for business...

Located right in downtown makes it easy if your are going to Bridgestone arena or have a night on the town. Awesome parking garage right across the street at a reasonable price as well. Hotel has nice bar/eat area little pricey but you pay for convenience. Room was great, clean, plenty of towels and my personal favorite a charging station...

We had a great experience at the Renaissance Hotel when we were visiting for a convention. All of the staff were so very helpful. I especially was impressed with a valet by the name of Brian. He knew me by name and watched out for my every need. Thanks for a great trip!!

My Daughter and I stayed here for one night to attend a concert. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Room was great and the view was amazing. The customer service is outstanding. My Daughter left an item in the room and we didn't realize it until we got home (4 hours away), I called the hotel and spoke with...

Stayed here for a couple nights and was helped by a nice young lady in security Jeanettte , we kept having trouble with our key card and she helped us out on the elevator and was able to recommend some local places for me and my friends to go. Jeanette was even able to save us some cash by giving...

Great location for walking everywhere on Broadway. Let the valet park your car and walk to all of your destinations. There is a fee for valet but it is totally worth it. The valet, Michael, was so personable and provided great service. Rooms are clean, modern, well decorated and safe. Never felt uncomfortable here. There's a Starbucks off the lobby!...

Rooms were clean, ample size with great views. Smooth hotel management with lots of convention guests. No waiting for elevators. Great bar with music, pool and fitness amenities. Marriott elite lounge was too small for the amount of elite members who wanted to use it, seating was scarce. Staff did an awesome job trying to keep up, but more room...
