I had read some iffy reviews about this hotel and I was apprehensive prior to arriving for our impromptu weekend away. Luckily, it turned out great. Very friendly employees ranging from the desk, to housekeeping, to the shuttle drivers. The hotel itself is nice and conveniently located. As mentioned in many of the reviews, the hotel is not located downtown...

We arrived on a Thursday afternoon and checked out on Sunday. Check in was easy and the beds were fantastic and super comfy. There is a gas station and a few restaurants within walking distance. You can.not.beat the service and bang for your buck at the Maxwell! This was our 2nd stay here and it won't be our last. Mac...

No complaints about the hotel, food from two restaurants was good value, entertainment the nights we were there was good. The hotel is a few miles from Broadway but there is a regular free shuttle with helpful drivers.although a tip seems to be expected. The pool is clean and tidy and the rooms were reasonably spacious with huge tv and...

Nothing but a great experience in this hotel, from check in to service. We were given an amazing room with a view of nashville centre, great cityscape and a nice surprise. Staff at hotel were brilliant and the hotel shuttle bus was a great addition. Service drops hotel residents into the centre of nashville and takes a max of 10...

My husband and were there on a business trip for a week. Everyone was very friendly when we arrived and wasted no time in offering places to eat and sites to see. The hotel itself had a weird odor but only in the lobby. Our room I was disappointed very dusty and there were spider webs on the lamp. Not...

Stayed for two nights and found this hotel comfortable. The bedrooms are a little old fashioned in that the sink is inside bedroom and not the bathroom. The bathroom consists of a toilet and bath with a shower over the bath. The rooms were clean and have coffee machines ,TV and wifi at 9 USD per 24 hours I but...

Before departing from LAX, I called and spoke with Emily- she was incredible! She had our check-in ready to go. Gay and Jamie at the bar made our stay so so so much better, they made us feel like family! Honestly, those ladies are true assets to the hotel. When you get there ask them for the "Ginger Fizz" it's...

This hotel was very nice and the staff was extremely friendly. It was very clean. The location is ideal. It is less than a minute from Interstate 65 and just a few minutes north of downtown. The free shuttle to downtown runs every 15 minutes or so. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nashville.

Road trip home and an overnight stop in Nashville. We decided to Priceline and got the Millennium. Never heard of it so we were a little anxious about it. I booked this room thru hotwire....check in went smooth but after that it was all down hill. My room smelt and the pillows were the worst. Saying the room was basic at best is kind. Wanted to order room service but they don't make it easy with no menu in your room. After spending close to 70 dollars on take out, I returned to the hotel to go to my room and the elevator breaks. After being trapped on the elevator for close to 20 min(can u believe it was Friday13) the doors finally open and a hotel employee tried to force us to stay on the broken elevator claiming "if we try to walk of the elevator and it drops we could be hurt"...so what would have happened, if we stayed on the broken elevator, waiting on a nonexistent repair man and it dropped?!?!Needless to say I had to fight for my life and push past the employee. Then walk up and down 5 flights just to get some cutlery, because I was to shaken to use the broken elevator again. Front desk did NOTHING when I tried to tell them about my concerns and even implyed the people on the elevator were responsible. My food was cold by the time I got back to it. So I went to sleep. Woke up to try for some coffee and found out I couldn't EVEN get a complimentary cup of coffee....had to endure the nauseating stench of vomit on the elevator ride back to my room, Someone had vomited and clearly it hasn't been cleaned up just to get to my room and the key isn't working. I do staycations 2x a month. I've stayed at almost every relevant hotel in Nashville, this was my first experience at the Maxwell Milliniem Hotel and it was SORELY DISAPPOINTING!!! For close to 300$ they should be ashamed. My question is where is the accountibility??
