I was shocked when I read a few negative reviews so I thought I would add my experience. I travel aot and this is an excellent place to stay. Friendly staff clean, comfortable beds and a free shuttle to Legends Corner. I prefer to stay DT or the West End but this place is a $6/$8 taxi ride and an...

This was our first time to Nashville and we made reservations online with Priceline. The Millennium was selected for us. We checked in and the lady at the front desk did not seem friendly at all, she did not give us any useful information about the area. We went to our room, no refrigerator, you had to pay for wifi,...

The hotel is good value for money, it is in a good location ( approx 10 mins from downtown ) we availed of the free shuttle bus in and out of downtown, which was very handy....... Hotel staff & Drivers were friendly . overall a nice experience..

I would not recommend staying at the Maxwell House Millennium Hotel. The walls are paper thin, neighbors are noisy, rooms are dirty and our toilet ran all night long even after complaint no one showed up to fix! Motel 6 in the worst part of town has nicer rooms. We contacted Marty Holtsiemer (guest Reservation Director) about our stay and...

Pleasant enough hotel. Wouldn't say it's spectacular but our room was clean and comfortable. Priceline includes this hotel in the "Downtown Nashville" group, and it definitely is not if your definition is being able to walk to Broadway. I would classify downtown Nashville as being somewhere within 5-7 blocks from Broadway and 2nd. On the plus side for the Millennium,...

I really had no complaints about the hotel facilities itself. Except that the room was super small and the heat/air unit did not work well at all. Otherwise, it was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was helpful and friendly. But at a price of $300/night (New Years holiday rates, I assume), it was truly overpriced.

Where to start. . .You can tell that this USED TO BE a descent hotel to stay at "back in the day" and that it has been neglected. Positive aspects of our stay: 1.) The location is great in relation to downtown and 2.) the staff for room service had a sense of humor and honored my request for a...

I booked this room thru hotwire....check in went smooth but after that it was all down hill. My room smelt and the pillows were the worst. Saying the room was basic at best is kind. Wanted to order room service but they don't make it easy with no menu in your room. After spending close to 70 dollars on take out, I returned to the hotel to go to my room and the elevator breaks. After being trapped on the elevator for close to 20 min(can u believe it was Friday13) the doors finally open and a hotel employee tried to force us to stay on the broken elevator claiming "if we try to walk of the elevator and it drops we could be hurt"...so what would have happened, if we stayed on the broken elevator, waiting on a nonexistent repair man and it dropped?!?!Needless to say I had to fight for my life and push past the employee. Then walk up and down 5 flights just to get some cutlery, because I was to shaken to use the broken elevator again. Front desk did NOTHING when I tried to tell them about my concerns and even implyed the people on the elevator were responsible. My food was cold by the time I got back to it. So I went to sleep. Woke up to try for some coffee and found out I couldn't EVEN get a complimentary cup of coffee....had to endure the nauseating stench of vomit on the elevator ride back to my room, Someone had vomited and clearly it hasn't been cleaned up just to get to my room and the key isn't working. I do staycations 2x a month. I've stayed at almost every relevant hotel in Nashville, this was my first experience at the Maxwell Milliniem Hotel and it was SORELY DISAPPOINTING!!! For close to 300$ they should be ashamed. My question is where is the accountibility??
