Beautiful, historic hotel in downtown Nashville. If you want a special place, this is it. You are well taken care of the minute you step on their property. Service is the best of any hotel we have ever stayed in. Rooms are gorgeous and you will also love sitting in their lobby and relaxing. You are in walking distance of...

Historic hotel located in downtown Nashville. Right across the street from the Tennessee State Museum. Walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The hotel has a nice restaurant and bar, upscale menu. Service was great. Rooms were spacious and very well maintained. Will stay again when in Nashville.

This is a wonderful place, combining the best of history with all the amenities of today. Great service and great staff willing to help in every way. I would rank the Hermitage Hotel among the best of the best.

This was probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was huge and clean and had every amenity you can think of including a TV inside the bathroom mirror. In the closet there are three different types of pillows to choose from. I didn't want to leave.

The doormen, porters, valet, and front desk staff were so competent, smart, and so knowledgeable about the area--driving, parking, restaurant advice--and so in control of every little thing. I think the team could go supervise the launch of the International Space Station and it would go off without a hitch. All the staff was totally gracious, never smarmy. Our room...

Superb service from start to finish. I arrived around 11am and expected to store my luggage and explore Nashville but my room was ready 20 minutes after arrival. While I waited I was brought to The Capital Grille to enjoy complimentary pastries and coffee. Delicious and excellent service. My room was spacious, clean, and with large high definition tv. Housekeeping...

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Hermitage Hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was large and nicely appointed. Yes, a bit dated, but that added to the charm and comfort. There were two comfortable chairs but they did not have enough light for reading. The bathroom was also dark. The more serious complaint...

The good....location, size of room, bathroom, the concierge, the bellman, dinner at capital grill, valet parking The bad.....breakfast, furnishings, elevators out (2 days) and no attempt to diffuse situation until barked about it, expensive...not good value.

This is the hotel to which I compare all others. The breakfast we had in the room was so good we then had it each day. The furnishings and the bathroom were impeccable. I was there for a wedding and the wedding meal was very tasty. I would love to stay there again.

The hotel itself is top notch. My wife even ended up buying one of the robes. :) It is close enough to all the honkey tonks that you can walk. The restaurant in the hotel is also excellent. If you are willing to pay this is a great place to stay.
