First, let me note that we were at this hotel the weekend of Nashville getting a major snowfall that shut down the entire city. I really like this hotel and its location near music row. The service was very good considering how short staffed they were. That said, I have one major complaint. On our first night, when it snowed,...

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay. I too understand being offered light service but we should definitely be ready and willing to offer any service requested. I hope you give us an opportunity to serve you again during your next stay.

Good stay, decent clean rooms, appears to have been recently renovated. Reasonable prices. Several signature food spots nearby such as Hattie B's, GiGi's cupakes and the Pancake Pantry plus a host of other eateries and pubs. High end shopping not to far away and Vandy is within walking distance. This Courtyard doesn't have the standard continental breakfast that other Courtyards...

My now-new-fiancé and I decided to take a trip to Nashville for New Years this year, which I found to be the perfect opportunity to propose. As we were looking for hotels I wanted to make sure we were staying somewhere that was nice and memorable but also wouldn't break our budget. We luckily came across the Courtyard-Marriott. It was...

The location was close to venues we were visiting. The room was clean and attractive. The staff was attentive and courteous. The highlight of our stay was Gary Jamison, who met us with a smile as each of the couples checked in and made sure our every need was met. His reputation preceded him and we could not have been...

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. We stayed at this hotel last summer. That's when we met Gary J. He offered restaurant suggestions, helped us with everything we forgot, and just took care of all our needs. Therefore when we were planning a birthday trip with six other friends, we had to go back just because...

The hotel is modern, clean and the rooms are extremely nice. The hotel sells some Starbucks products in their small cafe. I highly recommend any of the restaurants behind the hotel. There is BBQ, Mexican, American, a diner, and a cupcake shop all of which were excellent.

We have stayed at this particular hotel on 2 separate occasions. The rooms are reasonably priced, and very clean. We cannot say enough about the warm, professional welcome that we received when we walked in the front door. Gary Jamison handled our every need! He is the best and, quite frankly, probably the main reason why we came back. He...

Pros: Very courteous front desk staff, convenient shuttle to local destinations Cons: The room was one of the smallest we have stayed in outside of NYC or Europe. The sink was a tiny single vanity in the carpeted area outside the main bathroom, and the bathroom itself was so small that you cannot open the door all the way if...

The GM sent me an email before my arrival asking if there was anything special the hotel could help me with before my arrival. For personal reasons, I asked if they carried distilled water on hand. They said not, but can pick some up for me if I should need some. So I asked them to do so. As I...

This hotel is conveniently located with helpful people at reasonable rates. That said, there is a lot of road noise at night. Also, we were in town for NYE and the people in the room next door partied until 4 in the morning.
