What a lovely find! Louise is such a welcoming hostess and helped us feel relaxed from the moment we arrived. The gardens are very pretty, the views from the cottage spectacular, and the accommodation is cosy and perfectly located. The wood fire was a treat!

Louise the owner is a fabulous friendly hostess. Her enthusiasm for the area is great. The cottage is as beautiful as the view across the valley. Treat yourself to a sunrise. It's worth getting up for. The cottage is well stocked with local produce for your breakfasts, the bathroom is well stocked for the spa & showering, the wood fire...

We were attending a wedding at port Phillip estate and wanted accomodation close by, only a 10 minute drive. Louise contacted us the day before our visit and gave us some tips also checking out transport options for us to get to and from the wedding. We were greeted personally upon arrival, welcomed and shown through our cottage. Excellent accommodation...

This is a great spot for a quiet getaway, with nice views, close to lots of restaurants and attractions. The cottage was very clean and fresh looking, and breakfast supplies excellent. A barbeque and a covered area would be great when it is raining. The owner is a treasure with so much information.

Recently stayed at this lovely cottage for a weekend. It was well appointed, clean and stocked with delicious breakfast produce. The host was very friendly and was always ready to help with good local knowledge. The resident pet alpaca and pony was a great novelty. The surrounding area around the cottage was absolutely beautiful. Given it's location, the cottages had...

We booked Louise's Kookaburra Cottage for two nights and found the accommodation to be all that we had hoped for from comfortable bed, well stocked fridge for breakfast to glorious views over the paddocks. After a really enjoyable day at the Peninsula Spa it was lovely to relax with a cup of tea in the quiet of the cottages. Thanks Louise...

“There are two identical cottages side by side, the Rose and the Kookaburra. The Kookaburra is a little more private, as people coming down the drive can look into the Rose if the blinds aren't drawn. Both, however, are secluded and have stunning views and private gardens.”
