Absolutely brilliant location can not be faulted. The rooms are very dated. We paid a little more thinking we would get a balcony room, but there are no balcony rooms just a sitting area. It felt as if we were staying in someone's house. It does have what you need in regards to a bed, bathroom and the opportunity to...

I booked online on the morning of the afternoon I was intending to stay. Management phoned me to check my arrival time to ensure I had access to my room, just in case the reception was closed when I arrived. The plan put in place enabled me to book into my room without delay. The rooms are charming and 'old...

5 of us stayed in two rooms during the Queenscliff Music Festival. We arrived early and were warmly welcomed by Helen and Kaye, our lovely hosts. For our room, we had an ensuite, kettle, biscuits and cups/glasses. The decor is dated which was absolutely fine and exactly what we expected, as it was great value and all we needed for...

I stayed here during the busy weekend of the Queenscliff Music Festival, so the place was fully booked. It felt like you were staying at your best friend's house. I was welcomed by Helen and Kaye when I arrived, and shown to my room. As I was quite early I was able to have a sticky beak in a lot...

A charming & inviting Guesthouse to unwind & relax in after an hour & a half's drive from Melbourne. A warm welcome from Helen & John as we were shown our room .....which did not have a street view, however we had access to a lounge room on the top floor which had access to views of the street &...

A lovely welcome at reception with a quick tour of the beautiful house and shown to our room. Each room is individually styled and has nice homely touches you would expect at a B & B. Tea, coffee biscuits, flowers. The hosts were very helpful but then let you enjoy the place in your own space and time. The upstairs lounge...

There are people that are born to run guest houses, and here you find them. I arrived late on a cold night to be warmly welcomed by the lovely John. I hadn't eaten dinner and had been driving for the afternoon. Nothing was open in town and so on arrival John looked after me and made me some toast with...

this is a lovely place, but for the price we were surprised to find that we were in a room at the back of the place, with one solitary window that looked onto somebody else's window. I guess the beer fridges were also located below our window because they were on and off all night. it was not what we...

Quirky old style building. A step back in time. The building is old and has its life scars. The boards creak and there's stairs to climb. Nothing to do but relax and enjoy the surroundings. The restaurant below was delish and fair prices. The host are friendly and helpful. Two nights was long enough and enjoyed.

28 of us hired all the rooms at this great location in Queenscliff. We all arrived at various times and caught up for drinks & nibbles in the downstairs lounge. Hosts Helen, John & Karen were all accomodating. Helen & Karen provided a wealth of local knowledge after a lovely stroll around the township
