Overpriced....... the rooms are old & tired, need maintenance [shower areas] and in general need to be of a higher std to warrant $120 per night....Unfortunately it is the only motel in town, and.would benefit from some competition. Also found the operators/owners light on customer service skills....generally unhelpful and argumentative....and given no reason to be??

El Toro is older style but crisp and clean with spacious rooms. We were there overnight: the bed was comfortable, the shower hot and strong, everything that needed to work worked, and there was a pleasant view through a wide window onto the park in the morning.

Had a one night stay and only in room to sleep. Spacious rooms with comfortable bed, pillows etc. The rooms are old style but clean and comfortable and quiet. Walking distance to town. We had a double and twin room which also had a couch and table and chairs, so a little crowded if you wanted to spend more time...

We have been coming to Numurkah for a number of years and always stay at the one and only El Toro. Like other reviews, it is dated but is clean, doesn't smell and is 5 minutes walk to the pubs along the main, and only, street. Friendly check in always comes with random story but is something we look forward...

Located as you enter Numurka, nice clean motel very quite. Rooms are small but for overnight stay no problems, most importantly the bed was great. Breakfasts serves are large and at a reasonable price.

Excellent Motel. I was able to check in early with no hassles, which was a big help as I am currently travelling across the state motel to motel. The room is very nicely appointed and are well presented, clean and tidy. Would happily stay here again! 😀

When you visit a hotel and you are paying $120.00 for the night you would expect excellent service. On arrival we are all but greeted with such enthusiasm, not! The Hotel property looks like it is in need of a skip! There are unregistered vehicles stored on the property and lots of cluttered pot plants which need to be cleared....

Nice little Town Numurkah with population just under 5,000 according to their welcome sign. It's 1 hour to Echuca and 30min to Shepparton. Taking the aesthetic design aside my first impression coming in was friendly staff, clean room and felt homely. It's a nice little budget Motel. They upgraded us to the larger family room which I only needed 3...

Motel run down needs some love, but very clean rooms no smell, queen size bed very comfy. Plenty of pillows air con worked great as was very hot. Everything you need. Pool...

My wife and I were visiting a local builder and stayed in El Toro Motel for a night. While it is certainly not a flash establishment, the rooms are clean, spacious and quite comfortable. It was quite cool in the evening but the heater worked well and the electric blankets would be welcome for those feeling the cold more than...
