We were met with the lovely owners of the place in reception who were very friendly and happy to tell you anything you wanted to know. The room is open plan with the shower and toilet not hidden at all, very different. The bed was fine and comfortable enough. Biggest downside was people smoking on the balcony outside the rooms....

I understand you get what you pay for. But where do they even think they can ask for $125 - $180. I stayed in room 2 went to use toilet not clean same with shower and no hot water mold on ceiling no electric blanket and a thin quilt after these issues I found myself just looking for things to...

Whilst the reception lady was fantastic and organized a room on the bottom floor for us due to mobility issues we where unable to specify when booking online. The hot water was luke warm at best. My children and i froze during our shower. We only had the hot tap on full and no hot water!!!!! The room just fit...

Great central location close to Lake Mountain. Family room for 4 consists of king bed, one single & a trundle. Except it wasn't a trundle, just a mattress on the floor! Bathroom door didn't shut and towel hook (unusable) hanging from the wall. Tea/coffee facilities handy as was the toaster. Overall, clean but a bit over priced for what it...

We have been there for two nights in the King room. From the outside it looks like a normal motel but the inside of the room is quite interesting. The bathroom inclusive the toilet is open plan. That takes getting used to it. Fortunately there was a portable screen (slightly broken, though) which could be used to separate the toilet...

I'm not sure how the reviews have been so good. Honestly the place is just an average motel without daily room service. They change the towels if your ask for it, but there's no making of bed or anything. The bed was too soft, and the kettle was abit faulty. The carpet was dirty and the toilet was extremely cold....

My fiancé and I recently recently stayed over the long weekend at the Tower Motel for our anniversary. We found both pros and cons to the hotel- Pros- - modern - huge very comfy king sized bed - beautiful updated room - lovely view of the mountains from our room on upper level - helpful staff members - free parking...

It was clean and has been renovated nicely and the bar at the front is cute, but it's an old motel with new lipstick. The rooms are exactly what you'd expect except the air conditioning in my room was noisy and struggled to keep me warm on a cold weekend and the bathroom doesn't benefit from any heat whatsoever and...

The rooms at the Tower are lovely... 2 big beds as i was sharing with my mother. Our toilet paper holder was wobbly .. One towel hook was almost of the wall and one of the cupboard doors in the bathroom was of the hinge. We also had to ask for the fire to be lit!!

Arrived late on Friday night so reception left the key in our door and the heater on which was nice of them. Stayed in a Delux King room. Pros: nice big bath to chill out in. Modern room with lovely shower. King beds. Situated right in the centre of the beautiful town.m and a cross the road to a great...
