Stayed for a couple of nights, it was as good as visiting old friends. Made very welcome and loved the surrounds. A great place to stay to enable you to explore the region. Great facilities and the town itself has everything you need for a great time. Well worth the visit.

Thankyou Helen and Brian for welcoming us so generously to your lovely b'n'b. A lovingly restored building which takes you back in time with the elegance of antiques and decor. Brian, you are truly inspiational and your cooked breakfast was delicious. We were lucky to share your place with a great group of co-guests which added to our enjoyment. Loved...

We arrived a bit early at the Courthouse on a wet and windy day but eventually we were signed in and told to make ourselves comfortable until our rooms were ready. We were shown to the kitchen and made ourselves a hot drink. My husband and I had stayed before but the friends we were travelling with had not. They...

GOOD. This grand old ex-pub is furnished with history in mind. The owners are lovely helpful people, who will keep out of your hair. Across the road is an Irish pub with great meals. You're 10min from Warrnambool and Port Fairy and 5min from Tower Hill. BAD. Bathrooms are a bit tight. There is a common TV room with one...

The Owners were very friendly and helpful. Room small but clean and pretty - miniscule ensuite. Nice gardens. Country town in decline. The Inn sits on the main road through the town and there was a little noise from cars but it wasnt enough to disturb our sleep.

A comfortable B&B, plenty of space, bedrooms nice, loved the guests areas of a beautiful quiet lounge, plus a separate TV room, plus a guests kitchen/sitting room in addition to breakfast room. Beautifull old 1850s Inn, tastefully restored run by a delightful couple just 15mins from Warnambool in a quirky interesting little village. A selection of Eateries within walking distance...

An interesting house, intricately (and extensively) decorated with antique furniture and period knick-knacks. Our guest room was clean, tidy and small, and the ensuite was tiny. The continental breakfast was spartan, and you are expected to do your own washing up. As far as I could tell, there were guest "rules" posted in every room of the house, although I...

My husband and I stayed at the Inn for two days and were made very welcome by the hosts Helen and Brian. The rooms are beautifully decorated and extremely clean. I would have no hesitation in recommending this B & B to anyone wanting a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. The kitchen facilities for guests are very good and the T.V....
